Amazing! Great breakfast, great shuttle, so worth it!!

All of the staff were incredibly helpful! We had some flight delays that made it so we had to check in late and they were very accommodating when we arrived.

The front desk staff, all other staff, shuttle service, cleanliness, rooms, view outside. All together EXCELLENT.

The front desk tried their best considering they were under construction. But I picked this hotel, because it was halfway between the airport and cruise terminal. The hotel shuttle took forever. 4 calls later we finally got a ride a hr and a half after the 1st call.

it's only a few minute from Miami international airport. We arrive late at night and was at the hotel after a short ride. The facility offers shuttle service to the airport as well as trips to nearby restaurant and shopping area. Good size, suite room and outstanding price.

I liked that the hotel shuttle was availble to take guests to restaurants, etc... within a radius around the hotel so guests don' t have to drive or pay for transportation

The desk girl was so good at recommending a Resturant and made sure we got on the shuttle to Flannigans and sent the shuttle back to pick us up all as a courtesy from the hotel. Give this girl a raise

The hotel is still under construction and the only food service they had was their overpriced breakfast, which looked like a continental breakfast for $24. Also, when I ask about any local food options I was given for pamphlets of restaurants that deliver or DoorDash and you had to have a $25 minimum amount plus a $10 delivery fee. Not in till later that evening that we told that they had a free shuttle 3 miles radius two a plaza where there were plenty of restaurants. Also, there was no bar I had to walk across the street to the other hotel nearby for bar l service. I would not stay here again.

Property was in a nice location, they had a shuttle that would transport you to nearby restaurants and bars. Parking was free and convenient. Customer service was great. Room was clean for the most part. Tub had mold around the top. Beds were ok, water in the shower was nice and hot. Pool was icky. There was a thick white substance floating at the top when we were planning to use it, we notified the front desk, then left to get food. About an hour later we returned to the same white substance floating in the pool. The hotel itself was a little rundown on the inside. Definitely was not worth the 1300$ I paid for 4 nights.
