Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Airport

Algira was wonderful, friendly and professional. She helped me get checked in early and arranged airport shuttle at 3am. I ordered breakfast and dinner in the restaurant it was priced well and the wait staff was fantastic

There were pubic hairs in the tub - that were there when I checked in. It was past midnight and after traveling all day, I had no energy to deal with it. Unsure if the tub was actually cleaned between guests; I had a friend bring some bleach and cleaned it so I knew it was clean.

This is a nice hotel. There is breakfast, cooked to order. The hotel is next to the Casino. You can walk to it. Dining in the area is limited so you will need a car. There are better options if you are staying for the airport. It is a little out of the way for an airport stay but you could do it.

So to start off, website has free shuttle to the airport. They don’t. Website has a beautiful pool & hot tub. They are not up & running. Website shows really nice rooms. They are not. They do not have maid service if you are a stay over. I guess using dirty towels are ok. Very disappointed

The lock on the bathroom door was broken and the toilet constantly ran if you didn't remember to push the handle up. The airport shuttle doesn't start until 7am, so I had to take a cab to the airport. Part of the reason I chose this hotel is because it had an airport shuttle. Staff was great, very caring and helpful.

Close to airport. Basic room. Comfortable bed. Close to a park on the water. Casino near by. No complimentary bottled water.

I liked how close it was to the airport. But I would not stay there again. The carpet in the room was so dirty that I wore shoes the whole time and the sheets had not been changed. The room was molding smelling.

I realize this is New Orleans The environment is hot and humid. I am from Mobile, AL. which has the same weather. When we first arrived, we saw that the pool was green. We were only staying here because we had an early morning flight. Therefore, the pool was of no concern to us. Unfortunately, the condition of the pool was a sign of the maintenance overall! The first room was hot and the a/c was blowing hot air. We asked for someone to please check it. We paid for the suite with extra room since it was my husband, our three children, and myself. We booked the room for 5 people. There were not towels for 5 people. The front desk practically threw towels at us when we told them we did not have enough towels for 5. They suggested a different room, but it was smaller. The second room smelled, and the a/c was not working in it either. We left to get something to eat in hopes that the maintenance person could fix the a/c in the original room. When we returned, neither room had a working a/c. We went back to the original room since at least it was a little larger. There were no sheets or blankets for the sleeper sofa. Again, we booked the room for 5 people. It was a suite with a sleeper sofa. The front desk was unconcerned. We were beyond hot. If you are from the south, you know that in late June, it is almost impossible to function without a/c. The temperature on my car read 104 and the humidity was probably in the 90s. No one cared about the a/c, towels, sheets, blankets,

It was an affordable and comfortable hotel with close proximity to the New Orleans International airport. Unfortunately, their airport shuttle service was not available during our stay.

Our room, was disgusting. Mold growing on the ceilings and all over in the bathroom. Microwave had food crusted in it. Coffee pot still had coffee in it from previous stay. When asked to switch rooms we were told no. Dining room and bar are closed. No transport to airport as stated. You also can’t book an Uber in advance from this location.
