This was a nice property especially due to having every 15 min shuttle to airport an to drop rent a car off. No real complaints. Staff were professionals. Served its purpose especiallyfor super early am flight. I wish hotels.com would tell you about incidentals ahead of time. Hotel a bit pricey too but having the shuttle made up for it!!! So no complaints at all.

Hotel under construction, pool closed, restaurant in a weird conference room. None of this information was provided before my stay. I quite literally booked it *for* the pool. The front desk staff said "it was on the website" and would not let me out of my reservation. Had a full free afternoon in New Orleans before flying out and wanted to sit by a pool. Who the hell goes to the website for the local Hilton to book? There's no reason this info can't be available on 3rd party booking sites, and in the Hilton app. If not, the reservation should be refundable.

Wrong room assigned at check-in, after a long day of travel; it was very unpleasant to have to go back down to recheck. Room was ok, but not super clean feeling all around.

Property is located adjacent to the airport, but was very quiet - no airplane noise. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect! The lobby is going through a little remodeling, but that should be over pretty soon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There aren't a lot of restaurants around the property, so expect to go off site.

The hotel is being renovated so the foyer is out of action. There was no porterage. It’s a very unattractive location and not all that close to the airport but the airport shuttle is good.

Large, well appointed facility with easy access to New Orleans International Airport by the hotel shuttle. Excellent hotel choice if one has an early departure.
