This place looks brand-new. The staff are polite and efficient, everything is spectacularly clean, and they have a terrific airport shuttle service.

The hotel itself is great, the lobby is so nice & comfortable, the rooms & bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are super comfortable. If I have one complaint it wpuld be the parking, there are limited spaces in the front of the hotel and the parking lot in the back of the hotel is super small and there was an 18 wheeler taking up 8 spots of the lot so we had to park on the side street and I was worried about the vehicle all night long. Other than that though, it’s a great hotel super close to the airport!

Amazing stay, clean and great service. Love the 30 mins shuttle to the airport, but 30 mins and plus from downtown. Would have loved better breakfast options but a great stay. Room smelled off for a short while on departure morning, the drainage system might need some checking but was temporary.

This location was AMAZING! The staff and customer service was AMAZING. This was the best customer service that I received in a very long time. The room was super super clean. My husband stated that from now on this brand that we will travel with. Thank you!

We will definitely stay here again. The only complaints I would have is the lack of water pressure in the shower and the airport shuttle stops at 8:00. Otherwise a great hotel!

Comfortable large room. Area was quiet. Close proximity to lots of good places to eat. I picked this hotel for it's airport shuttle, which was on time and the driver was very helpful. I visit New Orleans frequently, so i will definitely be staying here again
