ROACHES IN BED BATHROOM UP WALLS EVERYWHERE!! THE PICTURES ON INTERNET ON THEIR WEBSITE AND OTHERS ARE INACCURATE...Smells of MOLD and ALOT OF SMELL GOOD SPRAY TO COVER SMELLS UP!! pretty sure they have done no upgrades! Breakfast was a DOUBLE NEGATIVE as of the BUGS! It's NOT all what people make it out to be! Yes cheap yes they have a pool yes it's kinda convenient for places to go about 30min drive! BUT NOT LIVABLE OR STAYABLE!! The toilets & shower would take forever to drain, the ac works but BUGS crawling out! The first night we stayed we only seen one bug IN THE FRIDGE (a wine cooler but a fridge) pretty sure they was more to tired to look or pay attention and we was to tired to go anywhere else so we let it slide, left the next morning to go ENJOY the day just to come back to BUGS EVERYWHERE! The parking lot/ outside is NOT the cleanest, the balcony on the room we was in is FALLING & was NOT safe at all not to mention the "fake grass they put EVERYWHERE" Even on balconies... The pillows are like kids throw pillows (tiny) bed was ok I checked EVERYTHING for bed bugs and girlfriend has one mark on her but she doesn't know where its from! ALOT OF PATCH HALF ASS WORK!! Concerete laying in floor under stairs , holes in roof, towels looks like been laying there months & a trash can catching water! All I know is you want cheap, I advise you to look around before you choose this place unless you want BUGS! I tried getting my money back after I HAVE PICTURES, & PROOF!

The stay was good for its purpose. The room was comfortable. The hotel layout was a bit awkward. Moving from the room to the parking lot was a bit difficult. The breakfast was good.

We unfortunately booked with the property and had nothing but disappointments before check in even began. After finding out that they in fact do not have a shuttle to the airport, the added expense of the Lyft ride made this hotel an absolute awful deal. After 12 hrs of traveling, we arrived to a filthy room, that included bugs in the beds, dirty linens down to the mattress covers, stains of all sorts on the walls, hanging cable cords causing tripping hazards, food in the couch bed making it unusable, dirty bathroom including urine stains on the walls, snd a couch bed advertised to sleep 2 people that was smaller than a twin. I asked for a room switch since it was now 11pm and booking elsewhere wouldn’t be possible. They informed me they were sold out and had no staff available to even clean the room. I went down and collected 1 bed set of sheets to change out myself so my kids had 1 bed to sleep on. Even though I paid for 3 beds. The next morning I asked to speak to a manager since I hadn’t been contacted by them at all. She assured me house keeping would clean the room and have it ready to go that day. We returned after house keeping left to find none of the beds made as requested, the walls/ bathroom not cleaned and still missing linens for the couch bed. I again was only handed linens to make the beds myself and clean the room up myself without help of staff. The following morning the manager did not contact me again as I requested, I had to find her a report issues.

The property seems to be undergoing renovation. It is was very clean considering. Their suite was a true value for traveling families. The morning staff were very nonchalant about the hotel not getting thier food delivery in time. They seemed to not care. As we were leaving the food came.

The property was clean and conveniently located near the airport. The only complaint is that the best part of the breakfast was not put out until after 7:00.

The room, staff and breakfast were good. The only downside was I was put in a room at the back of the property and I was traveling alone. The door to my hallway was a bit scary. Dark and opened to the stairwell.

The room was a nice size and nice with decent upgrades since my last stay. Good for the price also. The bathroom was my pet peeve though. The bathroom just dated and ugly compared to the rest of the room. The staff were pretty nice and helpful. I had a room that faces the parking lot and a car was parked outside my window my last night of my stay and i could hear the female arguing with someone on her Bluetooth in the car for hours. That was even when the tv was turned up. I suggest getting a room that doesn’t face the parking lot because you can hear everything out the sliding door…. But honestly my stay was. 8/10 overall. Hallways always smelled clean , lobby also . Very convenient to the interstate and can get everywjwre pretty fast from this location.
