After being yelled at and threatened by a United Airlines customer service representative, checking in to Aloft was a wonderful experience. Effortless professionalism from a bar tender (I wish I asked for her name) and every other staff member was a much welcomed experience. The room was super clean and comfortable. I travel a lot for work and in today's environment of highly deteriorating services this particular Aloft hotel is really outstanding. Well done.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Appreciated the shuttles to the airport that left promptly every 20 min. Clean property.
A couple of minuses though. Shower water did not get hot. Mini fridge but no microwave. A very slow draining bathroom sink. Pretty good amount of road noise at night.
Have to call out one of the breakfast ladies! One day I arrived way too early for breakfast. She explained the hours then asked me what I would order. She then had my order ready and bagged at the earliest possible minute. She did not have to do this and it made my day. I was very nervous about a day of multiple train rides to get to Long Island to see my son graduate from Stony Brook. She started my day off right. The front desk and bar also provided excellent, attentive service.

Great location right by the Philly airport. And the shuttle service is super convenient. Rooms are pretty spacious with a modern design. This Aloft has seen some wear and tear for sure, but it is clean and the staff is nice.

I was in room 202 see pros and cons below.
Pros: close to the airport, comfortable bed, airport shuttle service
Cons: extremely noisy the walls are so thin you can hear almost every car that passes by, the A/C is also extremely loud and will not stop turning off and on even when switch off, low water pressure in the shower, clogged bathroom sink with slow drain, dead bug at the top of window shade and ketchup on wall under the desk which means not a lot of attention to detail when cleaning
I’ve stayed at Aloft in The Woodlands, TX my experience was very different which is why I booked here again for a conference I was attending. I wouldn’t return to the Aloft Airport location in Philadelphia.

Right next to the airport so it served it purpose....However no blankets at night and when woke up in the morning no shower...had food/drink options but sort of pricy.

It was the perfect hotel if you’re visiting Philadelphia. Uber rides were cheap and super fast plus the airport is literally 5 mins away with a free hotel shuttle. The staff were absolutely amazing especially since we went there for wrestlemania weekend. All and all 5 stars from me

Very modern, clean hotel. Really enjoyed the king room views overlooking the arrivals runway. Not only is the airport a quick drive away, but they provide a shuttle as well. Overall a pleasant experience and fairly priced. Only complaints are limited to front desk staff. Both the night person and the morning person were very dismissive and acted like they were inconvenienced even though I'm simply checking in. Also you have to pay $25 a night for parking in a non-valet lot, even if you're a paying guest.
