Four Points By Sheraton Philadelphia Airport

Great place to stay when you have an early morning flight. Shuttle was running on time.

The parking situation was very confusing with the ticket booth and we ended up parking closer to one of the other hotels as there wasn’t any space. The ac kicked off and on all night long making it hard to sleep The maid called at 8 am to see when we were checking out waking us up when check out wasn’t for hours

Excellent, friendly service. Good little restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. Very clean room with very comfortable bed (though a little high for short people). Reliable airport Transfer service. Highly recommend.

Clean comfortable accommodations. I used the hotel gym which was small but adequate. A cable machine of some kind would be nice in that space. Easy to access from airport shuttle.

I am a Gold Marriott member and usually stay at the Sheraton Suites. The Four Points at the airport has a great evening front desk staff however the hallway carpets is stained, the rooms are outdated and not in good shape, the bartender is also the waiter and food runner making food service too long.

Only stayed one night primarily for ease of getting to the airport. My sister had an early flight and I had a late afternoon flight. It was convenient for both of us. In my case I could sleep in since checkout isn’t until noon. For my sister, she got at least an extra hour of sleep rather than having to drive an hour to the airport in morning traffic from our primary stay. As for the hotel, staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and clean. Only minus was that the in-house restaurant was only open for dinner. They did have a sister hotel across the street that did provide breakfast and lunch however. The shuttle bus to the airport runs every 20 minutes and no reservations are required. All in all a pleasant experience.

We arrived at the airport around 2am and called the hotel to make sure the shuttle would come. They assured us it comes every 20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, we called the hotel again and had them contact the shuttle driver. He showed up 5 minutes later. Slightly frustrating when the driver was clearly not busy and the hotel is only 5 minutes away. The rooms themselves were fine. A little beat up with some holes in the walls in the bathroom and scuffs everywhere. I also saw a sign at the front desk notifying guests that police have warned of an uptick in break ins in the areas. Bottom line, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable which are pretty high up on my list. If the shuttle was more dependable and they put more effort in the upkeep of the rooms, I would give a 4/5.

Rooms are outdated and in need of repair. The sink only dispelled burning hot water and paint was chipping off ceilings and doors. The staff was the one bright spot. From the front desk to the bar to the shuttle driver, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is perfectly fine for a one night stay. The 24 hour airport shuttle is a huge benefit but the hotel is in desperate need of simple updates. The elevator buttons on the third floor didn't work, there was a major water leak in the lobby, and the sheets on one bed weren't entirely clean. But the staff was incredibly helpful, even at 5:00 am.
