Room was very comfortable but No luggage carts ar all. Was charged $20.00 to park which was not shown in the listing at all. As nice as the location is to the airport , every employee we dealt with was incredibly rude. Horrible customer service

To start it was not the room I choose but I do understand that I was early,so I will take blame for that, when got into the room it was no fridge, microwave, and found that there was no heat in the room, called the front desk, oh and the top of lid of the heater was broken, and the guy came and replaced the lid, but never the heat ok third day called again and this time the room had warmed up because for one, we never turned it off we kept it on 85 degrees the whole time for 3 days and it got a little warm but later that 3rd night after the guard came and looked at it, it was back cool again, the going into the 3rd day we couldn’t take it anymore especially when we had to iron our clothes, well it was a iron but no ironing board oh yes all the trash cans had no bags. I will say everyone was nice but they did say they were going to change our room but never did. I did receive a refund and got free parking and the cookies was good

Nothing spectacular about this hotel. I’d call it mundane. But then it is an airport hotel so no one is staying here dore the array of amenities I guess. They didn’t have any cookies in the morning. Kind of a bummer

Hotel was nice, but serious need of renovation. Towels and buckets at multiple locations in the lobby because of ceiling leaks. $20 parking fee, however if I had used my credit card to get out of parking lot would have only been $13.50 Carpet in hall way needs to be vacuumed.

All good, would not hesitate again. Airport shuttle needs help, especially when flights get canceled. Only one shuttle was in operation a d was not sufficient

The front desk staff upon our arrival was not very pleasant, her body language and tone when asked about parking indicated annoyance. The house cleaning service left towels for one. We had to go to the front desk when we returned from our meeting at 8pm to get towels and wash cloths. The shower had rust around the inside wall and rust around the door. The rug was filthy so we kept our shoes on. We travel quite frequently, this was our first stay at Double Tree … no cookies available either … we doubt we will stay again

First room given wasn’t. Keane’s. Refuse, used towels and shower cap, glassware and papers still in room. Gross. Gave us a second room and it was cleaned but mildew/mold around tiles, very old decor, carpet felt gross, and the a/c was laughable. They don’t allow you to control it from your room, so it just blows what felt like 80 degree air all night. Hard to sleep in that heat. And the room was sooo humid. Was just a night since flight was cancelled u til next morning, but wouldn’t stay here again. No coffee available downstairs and when they check your luggage for the day, they don’t give you any tag…anyone could come in and say my bag was theirs. Lazy…how hard it is to have a claim check system?? You can do much better.

Good enough for the night, a lot of guests there for the soccer match and shuttle there could have been helpful. No fridge in the room, curtains sheer rather than heavy so there was a fair bit of light coming in overnight from the street, but beds were comfortable.
