The suite was very nice. Roomy, comfortable, clean. The bed and bedding were good. The staff was friendly and efficient. The shuttle to PHL was on time every 20 minutes. One caveat, the restaurant was definitely subpar.

The hotel was okay. It was very noisy from the large center court. Seemed I could hear every dropped fork spoon and knife. Everything echoed up to the rooms.
Beds were comfortable. No shampoo or conditioner . No bar soap. Tub slippery.
Good shuttle service to airport.

My son is a student at Drexel. This is a nice base of operations for when we visit. We have been coming here for 2 years. We get the King Suite with the separate bedroom and pullout sofa bed so our son can spend the night there if he wants a break from the dorm. Even though they have their own restaurant, the property is fine with food delivery services and does a good job of recommending local restaurants. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Only a few minutes from the airport, and about 20 minutes from Drexel, depending on traffic. This is a family favorite place to stay.

The employees ine countered when I first arrived and when I left were amazing! They were friendly, informative and personable. I was there for a concert and when I got back that night and took my parking ticket to the desk for validation, per the information provided, the receptionist was nasty, made it feel like I was bothering her. Just plain ignorant.

Excellent experience! Everything from my interactions with the staff while checking in and out to the restaurant. The place was clean, quiet, and inviting. Easy parking too. The room was in good condition. This is my go to spot now, whenever I'm in Philly.
