This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. After leaving a gala, I went to check in at the hotel around to find out they gave my room away. I had to fly out early in the morning so I want to stay so I didn’t have to drive. After two hours waiting for them to resolve it, they sent me to a hotel 20 minutes away (which was beautiful with amazing staff).

Stayed super last minute after a fiasco with the airport. Free airport shuttle which was top notch, bar in lobby which is great, service at front desk was phenomenal. My only downside was that I could hear the people next to me and they were up half the night but otherwise everything was wonderful.

Booked a room for close proximity to the airport. Didn't expect such a gem for the price i booked it at! Super clean, lobby, common areas, and room. On site lounge was a plus, and food was great! I would not hesitate to book here again!!

I stay at a lot of hotels and this hotel was amazing and at a good price! I went to a music festival over the weekend and did not fly out until Tuesday. They let me check in early on Monday by almost two hours and let me check out later on Tuesday as well. The room was fabulous, as well as the lobby where they let me hang out for hours until my flight. Loved the little café market, especially the grilled chicken quesadilla which I had three times during my stay! I rarely write reviews, but this hotel deserved one! Over the course of my trip I stayed at four hotels total and camped the rest of the time. This by far was my best night of sleep!

I had my flight get delayed 3 hours coming into Philadelphia. I called and told them that I would have a late arrival and the woman just said ok we will check you in when you get here. Got to the airport at 3AM to call the shuttle and they said they cancelled my reservation since it was after 2:30. They gave my room that I had paid in full to someone else, even if I came, they wouldn’t have a room for me. I told them I had called and they just said they had no record of that. I was stranded in the airport with no where to go. Horrible customer service

I loved how close this was to the airport and some conscience stores. It was much nicer than I expected too. Kind wish I had stayed longer!

Rooms felt dirty especially the carpet. No trash can in the bathroom. Hard to get a hold of someone in the front desk after hours. Airport shuttle was not available at 3am, had to pay for an Uber to the airport. Was charged 2 nights for parking when I only had parked for 1 night.
