The first room the bathroom was very dirty had to carry my stuff up and down no cart to help with the stuff had to pay someone to help me paying for parking after paying all that money to stay there unbelievable

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, decent gym and pool.
One feedback we paid per night $200 + 25 parking this is not a 225 a night hotel.

Very worn hotel. It was a busy Sunday. Night and they only had one shuttle running back and forth to the airport. I had to wait multiple trips before I could get on. An hour from baggage claim to the hotel that is 3 miles away. Carpet is worn. Just a bit outdated. Needs work.

I was charged for parking and I never parked the car. I did let the front door know that the gas paid as they left. Also, I had charges to my room that were no charges placed on my room by my family. I was so later other children was going into the convenience, part of the hotel and charging it to random room numbers. Then the pool began to get overcrowded, and there is no age limit for the hot tub. Other guests wanted to utilize hot tub but they walked out do to all the kids

After a very long travel day, all I wanted was to get to the hotel. I was told the shuttle comes every 30 minutes. I waited an hour and a half. Never again. I will never stay at this hotel because of that.

Very reliable business hotel near the airport -- clean, comfortable and absolutely wonderful staff at the desk, bar/restaurant, and breakfast.

We booked this property last minute due to a delayed flight arriving after midnight. The shuttle was supposed to arrive every 30 min. After waiting 40 min at the airport we called multiple times and the front desk either didn’t answer, or put us on hold and never came back to let us know an update. Finally the shuttle arrived after 50 min with no apology or explanation. The hotel room was ok but not very clean. Breakfast was “free” but was absolutely packed and they ran out of food 40 min before service was set to end. Also the food we did manage to grab was awful. For $320 and only 5 hours of sleep and an unsatisfactory breakfast I would not recommend this property.

Front desk staff was amazing and remained professional even without the power of their system due to a nationwide outage. They handled everything very well. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean and neat. Breakfast the next day was great & the chefs and other staff present was friendly to everyone. As a travel advisor I’m very selective when it comes to hotels and the embassy is one of my favorite & I can now add this location to my roster of “where to stay” when in Philly. Amazing teamwork❣️

Everything was perfect you just gotta pay for parking.. which is $25, but the stay was amazing
