The first room they gave us was in shambles. Seems like a smoker stayed in that room for YEARS. The shower had flys in it the light switches and outlets were stained everything had a film on it. When we complained they put us in another room. Still just as bad. Was a little bit cleaner. There were cockroaches. And for being a pet friendly place, wasn’t very cat friendly which is what we had with us. The fridge wasn’t put up against the wall leaving a gap for the cat to get behind and almost stuck. And because he has white fur we left there with him being yellow tinted and greasy feeling.

The hotel definitely not worth the price paid. Had to ask for basic amenities(iron and things for the in room kitchenette. There was some type of construction on my floor, the room door was hard to open and close. The shower curtain did not close properly on either side of the rod so the floor got wet. The tub was peeling and the overall condition of the room and lobby was poor. Aside from that there were groups of people just hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking both at night and when I left after checkout. If it wasn’t because of convenience and other hotels in the area sold out I would not chosen to stay here.

The floors in the lobby and room were sticky, room is NOT as pictured, the entire place smells like cigarette smoke and it felt very unsafe there. Room is visible from the lobby, unsafe for women and solo travelers.

This is a horrid place and not inexpensive. There were hidden fees like parking. People loitering in parking lot made me feel unsafe. Entire hotel smells of cigarette smoke. The carpets were stained and had gross grime. The floors were all sticky. The sheets and towels were clean though.

I had to have an important hassle-free passenger arrival pickup at the airport early in the morning. I stayed overnight to be close to the arrivals terminal. I was surprised at how easy it was. Good value, I had a kitchen and fridge, more than everything I needed for my purpose. Quiet, comfortable, got some sleep. Surprisingly really good strong coffee in the morning. Checking in and out they had plexiglass over the counter and the staff spoke softly, so it was a little difficult hear. Rooms could use some upgrades, but suitable. Would have liked some USB ports, but there weren't any. Overall, I'd make this my go-to for the Philadelphia airport for an inexpensive place to stay close by.

Ac in the hallways must have been broken, they had portable swamp coolers in the hallway with blowers moving the air around, room had issues, broken dresser drawers, cracked paint and drywall in spots, hair dryer was busted and rusted, shower curtain holder / rod was broken where it attaches to the wall,
Tied for the worst extended stay I have ever stayed at
Also, they charge a fee for parking, not staying there again

Great stay. Not as described by previous guest. I did not see one bug as previously described.
Laundry soap not available as sign stated in laundry room.
Please steam clean carpets.
Easy access to airport, bus and train.
Front desk crew extremely nice.
One thing I did not like, upon entering our room there was a knock on the door asking if we checked in. What do you mean? Not even 5 minutes after trying to settle down. Oh well. Hopefully they won’t do typos to someone else in the near future.

This place is a dump. I immediately checked out and moved to another hotel. The taxi driver who took me to the new hotel referred to the Extended Stay hotel as a ghetto hotel

There is nothing I can say positive about this hotel. I have traveled worldwide, had hundreds of hotel experiences and this is the worst ever. Do not go here. they are totally inflexible and downright rude.
