Good airport hotel, shuttle is confusing and a huge waste of time. Just Uber or take the sky train.

Nice hotel close to airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. It had a nice bathroom. Overall - nice hotel.

Chose this hotel since it is close to the Phoenix airport
Very restful sleep here, had to check out for an early morning flight so we did not check a chance to have breakfast here.
Room did have a microwave and refrigerator and there was a small store which was a nice convenience

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious & very clean, and had a good sized fridge & a microwave. The staff were very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was also good. We used the free shuttle service to the airport, which worked well. There was some recycling, but not enough information provided eg at breakfast there was a bin for recyclables & one for waste, but nothing to show what could be recycled. There were paper plates, but cutlery & bowls were plastic/polystyrene. We would definitely use the hotel again.

The hotel was new and the room was clean. The breakfast wasn’t great. The coffee wasn’t very good and the bacon tasted like salty cardboard. The shuttle was great to get to the airport easily.
