When I arrived, I waited in a line with 2 other people to check in. After about 10 mins and no movement, as the clerk was running around, the person informed me “their internet is down, they can’t check anyone in. I would have appreciated an announcement and apologies from the desk clerk. Upon asking, she said it should be back up In “10-15” mins. I had already waited close to 30. Finally after waiting an hour, and asking multiple times if they could just check anyone in who has proof they paid in full for a room, they agreed. This is horrible customer service. There should always be a contingency plan for when things such as no internet occur. No one should have to wait over an hour for a room they already paid for and can prove via receipt. I had an early flight with a 4am shuttle and was planning on being able to relax and get to bed early in my room. This delay was aggravating and unnecessary. My understanding is that when I left for my flight at 4am this morning, the internet was still down. Do Better Marriott.

It was fine. Problem was collection from the airport. No one told us we had to phone to get collected. We waited over an hour after flying in from the uk. Eventually we asked the other Marriott bus driver if they would call the hotel she very kindly did. Our phones don’t work once we leave the uk unless we pay. Fortune for service. Someone came thankfully. Not really a shuttle service. !

Room was not the caliber that I accustomed to in Courtyard Marriott. Hotel was average and no amenities in the room. Average for a 1 night stay and was late due to flight delay after midnight but the shuttle was not operating after midnight.

1 night stay room clean and comfortable staff at check great friendly and accommodating. Only downside we had earlier morning flight was told coffee would be available at 4 am husband went down to get and was told it’s Saturday and not available until 6am I checked out at 5 am was asked how was your stay my one complaint was no coffee she told me she was very busy and didn’t have time

Loved how reliable the shuttle was from the airport from late in the evening to early in the morning! I only spent a night here but if ever in the area again I will probably stay again for the staff was also extremely welcoming and kind!

Lack of flexibility for flight changes is unacceptable and will not be staying here for any of my future business trips and will be sure to let everyone i work and interact with to avoid as well.

Nice property. Close to the airport. It’s a little weird, and roundabout to get into and out of the lot though. Staff were friendly. Seemed understaffed though. We asked about dinner in the “bistro”, but it seemed under stocked with a lot of the menu being unavailable. Front desk staff staffed the kitchen, too. Almost understandable - it was obviously a slow night at the hotel, but still.

While not on airport grounds, this hotel was convenient and comfortable for us to get rested and ready for our next flight out of Pittsburgh airport.
