The air conditioning unit is very loud, you could hear it starting and shutting off all night. Also, the Airport shuttle quits running at 11 pm. We had to Uber back to the hotel to get our car. While heading back in the Uber we could see other hotel shuttles still running.

Not happy that they changed the times that they offered rides to the airport. I had to call a separate taxi company to pick me up to get a ride to the airport, which was the entire purpose of me staying at this spot in the first place.

The room rate was reasonable and hotel is in good condition. Airport shuttle was timely and the overnight parking fee of $10 per night while I was away was a welcomed bonus. Shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful with luggage. I will stay again when I have early flights.

During a week of travel that was filled with nothing but challenges, when I went to check in I was told that the room choice I had selected 10 minutes prior was not available, the gentleman at the front desk was gracious and upgraded me at no charge. This hotel will be a regular stop for my trips into Pittsburgh!

Front desk staff were sweet and helpful, as was the aurport shuttle driver in the morning. Bed was incredibly comfortable, wish I had more time to spend in it. Brief stay, but very happy with it.

Convenient to Airport including airport van. Room is spacious and bed comfortable. Showerhead is incredible. Did not like the smell of cigarette smoking wafting into the lobby with smokers permitted at the entrance. Huge turnoff.

Great stay! The airport shuttle driver was unnecessarily difficult. The hotel is definitely in need of a remodel and facelift outside.
