Careful booking here off this web site. We booked our room with no cancellation because they offer free parking and airport shuttle, only to get a notice after we booked that those services are not offered on separate party bookings and are not available to other site bookings even if you pay for it separately. Duped and disappointed!

Room smelled musty. Bed was a mattress on the ground with no support. If you book 3rd party you cannot park your vehicle there if using the shuttle/airport service.

The service from the counter clerk was excellent. He put me in a room far away from the noisy, busy travelers on request. His recommendation worked and I got a better than expected rest.

Stayed night before flight to Punta Cana. Was able to leave car parked at hotel while on vacation. Hotel had friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Rooms had paper-thin walls. So much so i could hear my neighbors TV all night. Ceilings have a lot of damage to them. My shower had long black hairs (counted 15) in it when i arrived. I scheduled an airport shuttle for the next morning but the night staff didnt pass the info to the morning staff, causing a huge snafu in me getting to my gate on time. Morning front desk staff had public, loud conversations about going out to bars after they were off work and getting drunk.
One good thing was the bed. It was comfy.

This property was good for our 1 night stay. Very close to the airport but little traffic and noise. We stayed on the 5th floor and it was nice and quiet. Room was clean. Bathroom was acceptable, some water spots/damage on the ceiling, and the toilet was leaking water from the tank when flushed, but not enough to cause any issues for 1 night. Breakfast was good, area was clean and staff was friendly.
