Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport

Front desk customer service was very helpful and courteous. Shuttle service to airport was very convenient.

Location and shuttle service excellent for early morning flight. Bathroom door was hard to open and close.

Great location proximal to airport.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton garden inn. We stayed at another Hilton property on our travels. That was much nicer. I am a Hilton rewards member and usually get a bag of check-in. At the first Hilton we stayed in. We got a check-in bag for me and it for our dog that was with us. At this hotel. They gave us nothing. The staff wasn't always sure what was going on but it was a great stay and a beautiful hotel.

We checked in at the front desk at 630 pm. We received our key cards with our room number. We then left the building to attend an event. Upon returning to the hotel we found our keys didnt work. We then went to the front desk. The employee tried our keys in the door which of course didnt work. She proceeded to open the door with her own key. Our room was found to already be occupied. She told me to down load the Hilton app and check our reservations that way because she couldnt access them on her computer which she stated had not been working since she started at 11 pm. I showed her the comfirmation of our reservation and she checked a print out that showed we indeed had the right room. She stated that whoever checked us in must not have checked us in fully and therefore reassigned our room to someone else. She said she couldnt assign us to a new room because the computers are still down (at 3:15 am) and proceeded to tell us she will refund our money but couldnt give us a room because she had no way of seeing which rooms were available. Unfortunately we couldnt go to another hotel because we had pre-arranged for transportation from the hotel to the airport.

Very convenient and close to the airport and family living in the Moon area. Riim was clean and bed was comfortable.Breakfast should be included considering the price.

We arrived from a full day of international travel. They sold our room and we were turned away.

It was very quiet. Location is near airports Restaurant on site is nice and there is a Sheetz next door.

Easy check in process. Easy parking. Few restaurants within walking distance such as Arbys, Panera, Milkshake Factory and a delicious mexican restaurant! Room was clean and staff was helpful in giving us a few extra pillows and nlankets.

Chose this hotel to be near the airport. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Fitness room was fine - big window meant it got kind of warm but it had the basic equipment one would need. Was just there for a quick night but check-in and check was smooth.
