Do not stay here! Bed sheets were dirty, towels were stained, no elevator to upper floor. Rooms smelled awful and were so outdated. Do not recommend this hotel. Positive feedback - very close to the airport and the front desk staff was friendly.

On their website, they had that they had a shoveled to the airport that was available. Apparently, you had to pay to use their shuttle, which they probably should put in the description so that people don’t book their hotel.

A first for me, the shower had no tub; it was just part of the floor and there was no counter for placing toiletries, towels, etc. Beds were clean and comfortable. My daughter left one EarPod on the bed, but when I called from the airport, they said they couldn’t find it. Breakfast was subpar; waffle machine did not work well, they ran out of juice and coffee, and the milk tasted bad. Finally, there is something going on with Hotels.com pay later policy. I reserved the room about two months prior, with the intent to pay when I got there, but the price was higher when I paid, and it didn’t sound like the room had been reserved at all. Since I lost all my bonus points, not really happy with the app, and may look elsewhere.

First there is no breakfast (only bagel, no cheese or eggs and tea and coffee) also no parking and have to park away from the hotel although we have a special case and no elevator to go second floor and no accessibility rooms on first floor! Also for service only one person who does all (reception, tea, coffee, answer calls, help visitors,.. you may imagine)

This hotel is conveniently located to the airport, restaurants and shopping centers. The room is very clean, plank flooring, comfortable beds and plenty of clean towels. The flat screen is a good size and the air conditioner works like a champ. Thank you!

Room wasn't cleaned properly, website says free airport shuttle which they called me in my room and said there is a $10 fee for the shuttle would not recommend stay next door at the Sheraton

It was fine for a last minute stay due to a flight cancellation.

I fell trying to get to the shuttle to go to the airport on American Flight 2901 that got rescheduled to Sunday 7-1-2024 and broke my right arm. Hotel staff quickly assisted in getting me an ambulance.

Very rude staff at checkin. $10 charge for hotel shuttle.

The beds were comfortable and the room overall was good (some dirty marks on the comforters unsure if they weren’t washed or just stained) The breakfast was probably the worst I’ve had at a hotel, ever. The evening staff (around 7-8 pm) he was great! The overnight staff/ breakfast time staff weren’t friendly. The location was great close to everything you need and parking was super easy. If o was to base this review strictly on quality of sleep I’d say it was good.
