The desk staff was very efficient, booked our shuttle for morning. Breakfast started at 4 am so we got a wake up call. Bed was fine except pillowcases were very rough. Bathroom was only big enough to turn around, tub water would fluctuate between very hot and cold. Would not hold a temp. Otherwise place was great!

It served the purpose! Shuttle to and from the airport was perfect. Appreciate them. The hotel was just older so how much can you fix it up. It was fine .....worked for us.

Main issue was parking. Twice during our stay we had to at the Bob Evan’s because there was none on property. Staff was disinterested and unhelpful. When we checked in, there was only one person at the desk and the phone kept ringing so they barely acknowledged us. The fitness center was run down with old equipment.

Rooms were ok dated and uncomfortable furniture, parking was full the whole time, night shift front desk person was rude and didn’t care, everytime we left our room we’d have to go get new keys. I understand it’s an airport hotel and I can’t expect much but it was not the best experience.

Checked in late in the day, got our room and there was no parking at all had to drive around until someone left, got to our room and it was occupied, had to go back down and get another room but other than that we were very pleased with the quiet, clean room and comfortable, clean bed.

There was nowhere to park! All the parking spots were full because they let people leave their cars there. We were actually staying there and had to park next door at bob Evan’s and hope our car didn’t get towed. Also when we asked about it the night time attendant (9 pm) was rude
