First of all- this hotel is WAY overpriced for the quality and service. They do not have a shuttle so be aware you can do a park and fly but are on your own (with no help or sympathy from the hotel staff) to get to the airport. Our room was dirty and bed linens had black hairs (looked like pet hair) and did not appear to have been changed from the previous guest. When we complained about it, housekeeping came and put new sheets on the bed but made me prove to her that the bed was dirty. The floors were dirty, the bathrooms were very poorly lit with only one mirror with a very dim light around it. Other lights in the room were burned out and I told the front desk but they never fixed it. The phone in our room didn't work either. The curtains were off track and we hardly get them closed. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you because the room they put us in face to the front of the hotel near the highway and all we could hear was traffic noise all night. Very poor customer service and w to begin e were told I would get a receipt when we checked out, And when we were leaving at 4:00 a.m. We asked the front desk person for our receipt and he said, we don't do that, you'll get an email. And walked away. One of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had.

Quiet hotel close to the airport, not much around, drove to a strip mall to find dinner. Rooms spacious and clean.

Luckily it was just a quick overnight stay because it was close to the airport. Very dirty and old looking, screws falling out of things, the room had a horrible odor, almost like a listerine smell, walls and/or ceilings were paper this so we heard every little noise. Just overall not a great experience.

The hotel is in an industrial park that seems out of the way. The hotel parking lot had full size dumpsters in the lot when you pull up. Breakfast was beyond basic. no yogurt, eggs or sausage or links, no pancakes or waffles, basically it was cereal or bagels. Windows were filthy and windows shades did not cover whole window. Probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The bed was comfortable and the air in our room worked.

I first want to say that the reception staff were helpful and courteous. The room was fine. However, in the bathroom, there was over spray in the tub and the tile wasn't caulked very well. Additionally, there was some type of substance on the wall to the left of the sink and all over the ceiling that looked like snot (that is the best word to describe it). It was gross. The facility is in the middle of a remodel and so everything beyond reception downstairs is a mess. Carpet is torn up, there are holes in the walls, drywall dust and drywall compound on the carpet that was left on the floor. Doors to some of the rooms in the middle of renovation were propped open, which was creepy when walking down the hall late at night. The breakfast was meager to put it bluntly. I didn't expect a full "eggs and bacon" type of meal but there was only one bottle of orange juice, 3 cartons of milk, some stale bagels to use in the toaster that took forever, boxes of cereal, and some apples. It was served in the back of the dark and uninviting restaurant. I went out for breakfast the second day and had checked put before breakfast was served on the third day, maybe it was better on those days. After driving down the torn up road to the hotel, the outside looked really rundown. The reception area was very nice, and again, all the reception staff was very nice. I picked this hotel based on the proximity to the airport and the photos online. I would not stay there again.

I booked this place because I believed it had a shuttle from the airport, it did not. It is dirty, stickers on the walls, bugs and dirt on the window sills. And it is not near any good choices nor does it have food on site. The price is enticing but the amount of money spent to get food is not worth it.

Check in was fine and I understand they are remodeling, when I asked the woman at check in what time coffee would be ready in am, as we had an early flight she said there was always coffee available. This am at 530 my husband went down and there was no coffee, the girl at the front desk said it wouldnt be ready until 630. At 645 when we went down to leave she was just starting to set out the breakfast and still no coffee for us or the other people trying to get to their flights. When I asked her she was extremely rude and dismissive. The room was clean and comfortable.

Wow is all i can say. At check in, I asked for adjoining rooms and was told hotel was sold out, i laughed at the lady as we were only the 5th car on the whole property. After huff and puff we got adjoining rooms. Restaurant has been closed since pre-Covid, breakfast was only bagels and pre wrapped muffins. Coffee tasted like dirt. Our room was dated and smelled like a museum. Place is gross and dated and in the middle of No Mans Land. Not remotely close to the airport.

One of the worst experiences ever! Front desk young woman lied to me 3 times! Terrible attitude. I asked for room on top floor to limit noise, she gave me 2nd floor & said twice it was the top. The property was very empty & in poor condition so I thought they weren’t using the 3rd & 4th floors. Lost valuable sleep as she put someone above me & I was woken up 3 times during the night. She also tried to charge me an extra $25 for checking in at 1 pm! It’s obvious they are having severe financial issues & the hotel needs a new owner!! Stayed here many times when it was a Sheraton & in great condition- it’s not anymore! Stay anywhere else! Don’t know how it can be a Wyndham & it damages their reputation. No airport shuttle as was listed & restaurant has been closed for 2 yrs! Not even an ice machine. Sad to see this happen to a once great property. It’s in a remote area and no lighting on the long driveway to the hotel.

We stayed for an evening to be near the airport for an early flight. The bathroom walls were dirty, the bathtub/shpwer was so gross we would not use it. There was a pink soap scim stain arou d the drain and mildew stains surrounding..
