Extended Stay America Suites Pittsburgh Airport

I stayed overnight for one night to catch an early flight - the air conditioner did not work. They checked and said she had to put in service for it but no offer wa made for any change of room or anything. I couldn’t sleep most of the night because I was hot.

old hotel, needs updates. the bed was sure hard and not enough pillows for two people, when the pillows aren’t fluffy. no glasses or cups in room and no coffee maker/ who does t have a coffee maker. glad i only was staying one night not comfortable for more. but it is convenient to get to airport.

The place is very dated and needs an update. Could be cleaned better. My room was clean and good but the hallways were dingy and had a funny smell going on. However it is a good location if you want to be near the airport! The morning staff was super friendly! They even let us check in very early when got off our plane. They said if your room isn’t available yet they will let people drop off luggage. Overall a decent budget hotel. Nothing fancy. No pool. No breakfast.

Absolutely disgusting!!! I want my money back NOW!! I’m so angry. We arrived in around midnight after a long flight to find people waiting in the Lobby for close to an hour. The Lobby was disgusting. When we got to the room and opened up the sofa bed there were cigarette burns, stains all over, no extra pillows or sheets for sofa bed. We went back down to ask receptionist she was no where to be found. The elevator was disgusting. The hallways were gross. I want my money back NOW!

I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. You will have a small kitchen in your room which I find convenient if you stay long. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, Walmart included. Breakfast is basically just coffee and a muffin, so don't put much hopes on that, but coffee was OK.

Great staff and comfortable suite. I was forced to stay in Pittsburgh due to medical issues with my husband. After four different hotels this was the last one I stayed in. It is now the only one I will stay in. We recently had to travel back and I booked here once again. The staff remembered me and my situation also. Friendly and close to everything. On site laundry was a great saving grace for me also. I recommended a friend to this hotel due to an extended stay she needed as well. She booked and was just as happy with her stay as well. Highly recommend for the price, it is comparable if not cheaper than a regular room but much more comfortable to stay in as it has all the amenities needed. Thank you !
