Not a great stay! 1. We got to the hotel and traveling at 31 weeks pregnant is not that easy and we were expecting a great atmosphere and welcome. However we got there and the front desk was chaotic. Three associates were there but it took them at least 30 minutes to help us. They all sound so unprofessional too and talking about other guests that was staying at the hotel. 2. We got to our room and we noticed the towel rack near the sink was messed up that we barely put any weight on it and it fell off. We also didn’t have any soap when we were washing our hands we had to use the shampoo. 3. Our beds weren’t made too. One bed only have the duvet and not the actual blanket. The other bed only have the blanket but not the duvet cover. The extra pillow that was in the room was so dirty. We had to go to the front desk to ask for the extra sheets/blankets and pillow. 4. We also asked for more towels which they told us will take over 1 hour because they are still doing laundry. The next day we asked for more towels and we waited forever and apparently they were looking for our room and was knocking at the wrong room. I just never had this type of experience ever before in any hotel. For it to be a Marriott too, I was expecting more since I’ve only had great experience with Marriott.

I was disappointed that during my research it was not clear to me that there was a three dollar parking fee. Why they charge three dollars is beyond me. The property also seem to be extremely worn poor caulking in the bathroom. Our room smelled like mold, the fitness room had wallpaper somewhat peeling off of the walls and the breakfast was limited and not fully cooked. Staff was more than friendly and always seem to be working. I would not recommend this property nor would I ever return. It was extremely busy when we were there and we were woken up by constant banging above us and the third floor smelled of marijuana.

We had requested a walk-in shower, rather than a tub. That request was confirmed on our reservation printout. But it was a tub...harder and more risky to get into and out of. The handicapped parking space nearest, and to the right of the main door as you enter the building was not fully shoveled out of the snow buildup. In order to safely exit our car, the driver could not pull in all the way to the curb. Another safety issue. Desk staff was excellent: Drew!

Checking in only 1 luggage cart for the entire hotel ( was told unapologetically that other had flat tire) . Then when we explained the refrigerator was not very cold i was told “ I’m here alone, what do you want Me to do about it?” In a fairly rude tone. I understand possibly not having staff in hand but a “ I’ll look into it” or “ can it wait until morning?” Anything like that would have been appreciated- after none of that said or offered staff then said “ well what? Do you want to switch rooms?” I’m mobility impaired, traveling with kids and we had just lugged everything up to the 4th floor with No cart that would have been a Huge Inconvenience….. it wasn’t even so much about the refrigerator at that point but more about the Tone of the entire interaction…… extremely disappointing. We later went to the pool which had no towels and hot tub level was very low ( tgat was rectified before we left , refrigerator was never addressed) we understand it’s a busy travel weekend & we are not unreasonable but the attitude really made an impact to the point we wouldn’t recommend staying here .

We were traveling with my parents in their 80s. Mom recently had knee surgery and they originally gave her a regular room but when we requested an accessible room, they quickly found one for them. Great customer service.

The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. The Expedia website said they had a 24 hr shuttle to airport. We fortunately found out ahead of time they did not have a 24 hour shuttle and were able to extend our rental car an extra day. Misleading description of amenities.

When checking in I got very friendly service . I was traveling for work and if I need to travel again I will be staying here again. Very clean hotel, the hot tub and pool was very relaxing,

Property was under construction. Some difficulty with Wi-Fi and television connectivity. Rooms were roomy, nice and updated.. Not a lot of parking. Housekeeping friendly and nice. Front desk staff OK.

See the photo? There is no area that looks like this...yet. They are under renovation which should have been disclosed. Also there is NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE which definitely should be disclosed. We had to pay for an Uber and thought there was a shuttle as it says here on Expedia. The rooms are new and updated. The people above us were noisy and the hotel wasn't full so maybe spread people out more when that is the case. The desk staff was very nice. You can't walk to anything; it will be nice when it has a bar and food there. Coming soon apparently but not in time for our trip.
