The property was located across from the ballpark. Parking was a little bit hard because there was a game going on and the parking structure was for the stadium patrons as well. Overall I think it was ok. The staff was friendly and the room decent.

This was a last minute change of plans when our Airbnb reservation ended up being a disaster. We looked on hotels.com and was able to grab a better deal than calling to check the rate- So obviously we booked it thru hotels.com. We checked in around midnight and the front desk staff was friendly and made us feel relieved to know we had a clean, comfy place to rest our heads for the next two nights. Our room was very clean, nice updated amenities, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, safe, AND a bin for recycling which made my eco friendly heart sing! The shower had reasonable water pressure and the beds were quite comfy. The heat was set for 70 but we like to sleep in cooler temps so we pumped the temp down and opened the window for a couple hours and the temp kept a steady 68F thru the night and the following day. TV worked great, wifi seemed to work well and the front desk accommodated requesting more towels when needed. We chose not to have any servicing of our room all day since we felt it was not needed. There was food offered for a fee but the prices were a bit steep and we already had brought breakfast items with us. We didn't have any issues with noisy neighbors. I also noticed recycling containers around the hotel which was impressive to me that they were highly visible for guests to use. We had a rental car and used the parking garage for fifteen/day- pricey but still less than the Airbnb total. Sounds like years ago parking was free but not anymore.

We checked in but couldn't park our truck in the garage and the parking lot where they told us to park was dark not protected and there weren't any other cars in the lot. We noticed a lot of people walking around and we didn't want our truck broke into. Plus it was a new Sierra Denali. So we checked out since we didn't have any other options and went to another hotel. Of course they charged us for one nights stay but wasn't happy about that since we tried to find a place to park. Was not happy at all with the people there. I don't believe we should've had to pay anything.

Right across from the Reno baseball park, this hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Reno. It is very clean and quiet. You can walk to casinos, restaurants, and the Reno Event Center all within 10 minutes. The amenities in the hotel are typical with a coffee bar and bistro available. There was a microwave and fridge in the room. We had a river view and could see the ducks swimming and hear them which was fun. The bed was a little firm for my taste but still the room was clean and quiet…2 must haves for me. The front desk people are polite and check in and check out was easy. Public parking is in the garage next door and you do pay $10 a night for it, but it is convenient and your hotel key gets you in and out privileges. Overall-I would definitely stay here again when coming to Reno. I also recommend Dark Shot Coffee and Mellow Fellows Bar and Grill right across the street. Both great places for food and drink!

Was told at check-in that “River View” rooms are for people booking directly with Courtyard. Because we booked thru Expedia (we use for literally everything), we would not get one of those rooms.
Staff was nice though and took our cell# to inform us when room was ready. Was ready by 1:30pm instead of 3pm.
Hotel patio on river is nice. Thankfully we lucked out and a handicapped parking space was free, on 2nd flr in garage, right in front of elevator. Didn’t realize the Ace’s patrons utilized the same garage. Pretty packed on 7/29 game day. Weren’t there for the game but they won!
This Courtyard was walkable to everything we cared to visit: The Row, restaurants on the River, movies, ATM, Top Deck… and if you start out in your car at the end of Virginia St, at Atlantis, then Peppermill, hit gas at Costco, and finally end up back at the Courtyard, you can check-in and begin drinking, walking and more gambling :)
Enjoyed ourselves but super pricey for just a Saturday night!!

Very disappointed. I called and spoke to Vicky who said I would get a refund if I needed to cancel. So, due to a schedule change I canceled my flight and car rental. then when I went to cancel the room for two nights I was told no refund if I canceled. Now my flight was already gone so I ended up eating two nights on the room.

As a Lifetime Marriott Titanium member, I was VERY disappointed at the unsafe area around the hotel, the hot tub was not available, the staff was indifferent (almost rude) and difficult to find. The Bistro hours were very limited and there is no dining nearby. No shuttles to the airport. I spent an average of $200 per night!! Shame on Marriott for this stay.
