No formality from hotel reception, phone did not work, small towels, no help with luggage, traveling with an 80 years old, had to climb stairs, smelly rooms, light fixtures bad. Called reception, no body available, I said really? Morning staff answer: Yes really!!! Sunday morning staff with a visible vape. I was a hotel manager for 16 years and was impressed with what’s going with the hospitality business. Will not recommend.

The property was a lower budget chain but they obviously have worked hard to take care of the building with nice upgrades done well. Staff was super friendly. There was free wifi and parking. This was perfect for what I needed. Somewhere to just stay the night.

The property was extremely noisy. Someone was sitting in their car, in the parking lot, and randomly honking the horn all night. The room itself was very dirty. Stains on the tables and dirt and trash everywhere.

The staff was nice/helpful, but I felt like they weren’t given enough to work with to do their job well. The linens were dirty and stained, as was the carpet. The furnishings have seen better days. The whole place smelled of weed/smoke. Not all of the lights worked. Mold and hair in the shower. The heater/AC blew directly on your head while you slept even though you redirected the vents. There was a mysterious hook above the bed that I told myself once held a swag lamp…..right? The road noise can’t be helped, I know. But the wack job out in the parking lot yelling from 2:30-4am, in her pjs in weather below 30 degrees, needed to be removed. On the plus side, since the cops and sheriff were there trying to deal with her, I felt pretty safe. My key cards were also “turned off” before check out and when I took stuff to my car I was locked out. I had to circle the building to regain entry and then have a housekeeper unlock my room so I could get the rest of my stuff. Again the staff was very nice….I just felt sorry for them having to try and make the place presentable without the right tools for the job. It’s badly in the need of an update.
