Overall good experience. At night when we reached the hotel, there were some shaddy people standing in the front parking smoking pot. Right next to the sign that says we are not responsible for lost items in car. Park at your own risk. I had to move the car in the back, right in front of my room window so i can keep an eye on it. Other than that, it was okay experience.

Our room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the parking lot. The room was small but clean and efficient. There were only a couple of problems: 1) The TV did not work, so the front desk had to come up and repair it….albeit with a smile. 2) the clock in the room did not work well, and I could not reset it. The hours were possible to fix, but the minute gauge was impossible to reset. I did mention it to the front desk and let them look after it after I left. The breakfast bar was quite satisfactory.

We chose it because it was close to the airport. Plenty of dining choices nearby and easily walkable. Will stay there again.

Booked 5 rooms for an RIT graduation. Very busy weekend with multiple schools graduating plus a PGA event. From the moment we walked through the doors our 2 day stay exceeded all expectations including those of a 90 year old proud grandmother. The staff at all levels were genuinely kind, helpful and professional. The lounge area was so welcoming and a great place to catch up and share a toast or two. The location provides easy access to campus events and a 15 minute airport commute. Thank you all for making this a wonderful experience for us all.

The staff kept directing me to an elevator near a stairwell which I felt was unsafe as I was traveling alone. On last day I discovered the main elevator but it was located far from the front desk on the other side of the hotel. Bad design. Housekeeper was really nice.

We checked in after a long day of travel to find a un-flushed/used toilet with urine all over the seat in our room's bathroom. However, the staff was quick to reassign is to a different room that met a cleanliness standard. The service at this hotel is good. There was no option for recycling, which is really disappointing.

It is a basic amenity but room is clean and staff are friendly. Free parking is nice compared with the hotels in downtown.

Weekend visiting my grandson, a student at RIT, the hotel was clean, employees were pleasant and helpful. wished there was a hot tub/juccuzi. would stay here again and would reccomend it to other travelers.
