Lobby and floors under construction which was not identified at the time of booking. No breakfast, contractors everywhere. Lobby area was a disaster. No staff at front desk. Outside lighting is next to none. Construction devrus in the parking lot. They should have closed during renovation

The location of the property is perfect, close to the airport but there iwas no notification on the Orbitz website indicating that this property was under construction renovations. The entire first floor is unbearable due to dust. It includes breakfast but the kitchen is closed and do fíes the Pool. There was no apology. The staffs reply was that it was listed on Expedia but I reserved through Orbitz, not Expedia. I took pictures of the actual site conditions. It was embarrassing for me to checked my artists performants from out of the state in this hotel. What a disappointment! Never again!!!

Hotel is under construction. Brown water came out of all the taps briefly. Tub does not drain well and fills up with water. No other rooms were available and it’s known that the tubs don’t drain prooperly on the first floor. Called about both water issues, as they occurred. Was told that the manager would probably just give me a refund, but that never happened.

I’ve traveled throughout the entire third of developing world, and this was one of the worst experiences in a long time. Avoid this property at all costs. Yes they are undergoing major renovation but I couldn’t shower in 3 days due to brown water coming out of taps. So many more negatives. Stay away!

This is the worst place I could have chosen to stay. The parking lot, front entrance and elevators are all dingy, dirty and smelly. The roof in the breakfast area has caved/fallen and water dripping - not even a bucket to catch the water. As soon as you get out of the elevator, the musty odor from the carpets hit you. The rooms are a little less odorous, but the walls are paper thin and you can hear the kids running in the corridor and yelling. I was woken up at 2am by a woman admonishing her child near the elevators. Please get another place to stay or sleep in your car - it’s definitely better than this dump.

Our family q as visiting for family weekend at RIT. We had a late checkin, which was accomodated nicely since we were traveling from out of state. While on the trip our daughter got sick and they accomodated us with an extra night stay. Thank you for your amazing service. Btw the food was incredible.

The toilet should be upgraded for any guest over 60....I had booked a handicap accessible room, which was changed by the clerk....he originally quoted me a higher quote, which he said he would charge ( which Ihope he did)..that was one very low toilet to use, especially by somewhat has just had a knee replacement A soccer team was in residence; hardly noticeable....parking convenient ; breakfast very nice.... This was a convenient hotel which surprised me, pleasingly.....nice job to all....especially the morning desk clerk whom I let know there was a sink problem.....was pleased I told him so....
