Great hotel to stay in if you want to be close to the airport. Very clean and modern. The only negatives are they dont have a pool and the bar/restaurant may close early even if they are busy.

Quiet, easy parking. Breakfast was exactly the same thing every morning... would be nice to have some change there.

Very clean and convenient to airport--not alot to do around he actual hotel but for us it was good. Needs more lightening in bathroom for the ladies also needs mirror outside of the bathroom for makeup with 2 people in the room

Just stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight. The hotel and room are very clean, bed is comfortable. The front desk arranged for an early morning taxi for me. Great hotel!

A decent overnight airport stay, but not much more. It’s in a slightly sketch neighborhood, but not dramatically so, just a little rundown. My two biggest complaints were the thin ceiling (wake up with the neighbor above you at 5am), and the windows have zero way to black out light - none. You’re gonna have sunrise wake up without eye cover if light bothers you. Nice staff, fine place, they put a lot of money into the lobby. It’s a hassle that parking is extra also, considering the state of the neighborhood.

Property was exceptional! One of the cleanest airport properties in San Jose, CA. Literally minutes away. Offers shuttle transportation. Rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. Only negative would be the area is downtown which is full of “sketchy” walkers and homeless people. Street parking is free if you could find it, use it. Hotel charges $$ to park even when lot is halfway empty. Did not allow a late check out. 12 pm was latest and was told they’re always busy. However, many rooms available.

It’s an airport hotel by a major highway. Nothing wrong with the neighborhood but no place to walk. Hotel was a good one of its type, with remarkably good pillows
