The hotel is by an airport you can hear the airplanes flying over the room at 5:30am it was very loud. Also the next morning there was no WIFI. If you had to work on the computer good luck. The Bistro coffee amchine for Lattes and cappacino etc was out for maintenance all morning till after 1:00pm.

The room was clean, but the croissant was in the microwave oven. I could see the parking lot right from the window, so I was very frustrated that I never opened the curtain. We used the pool well.

Extra charges everywhere! Rooms cleaned only every other day. No cleaning on weekends. More of a hotel for business events, travel.. A $20 bottle of wine cost $57.

The facility was great. Food at the bistro was very good and convenient. It would be very helpful to know what additional fees actually apply. Such as $15/day for parking, hotel taxes and other fees. Makes knowing overall cost easier, and allows true comparison to other choices. Thank you.

The hotel is super close to Santa Barbara airport & offers free shuttle service. The pool area is beautiful with lots of seating. They also have bicycles for loan. Staff is very friendly & responsive.

Check inn was fast and easy with Mason. He offered us 3 bottles of water. Hotel lobby was clean and Cozy. The only issue was that Expedia website state that parking fee is $10.00 but they`ve charged me $15.00 . when i mentioned this they adjusted the price for 1 night only. So i paid 15.00 one night and $10.00 the other. Other than this everything came out smooth.

Nice and smart hotel that we really enjoyed. Staff were all very friendly and helpful making us feel very welcome. Plenty of parking available. Would stay here again.
