The room itself was great. The parking was not. My room was all the way in the back of the hotel and the only parking I could find was in the front of hotel by the lobby. It was a long walk.

Excellent stay. Grounds are beautifully manicured and sculpted. Pool and hot tub are large and clean. Breakfast options are the best out of the 5 various BW hotels we’ve stayed at during our coastal highway travels. Highly recommend.

Beautiful pool area. Be sure to get an interior facing room. Outside rooms face parking lot or currently construction making your original impression less than desirable

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western on both ends of a long trip to visit family. The check in process was easy both times; and we got our preferred room on the first visit, as we have stayed here multiple times and have our favorite rooms. The room is large, comfy beds, good water pressure and bath amenities. Plenty of towels, and extra bedding if needed. And the A/C works great! The folks at the front desk are always helpful, friendly and professional. We usually miss the breakfast, but the coffee is always hot and fresh. Will always stay at Best Western when we travel in and out of SBA.

It took about 20 minutes for us to check in. The guy who helped us first didn't know we had booked two rooms. Then, when we came back to check in for another room, he told us that he was about to get off, and the lady next to him would help us after she finished the check-in process with another customer. The hotel room and furniture are old, like most of the other BW hotels. But the rooms are very clean and comfortable to stay. The parking is easy and free, the breakfast is good.

Rooms not updated and not enough natural light. Breakfast food - out of 5 I would give it a 2 The outside stairs and pavement looked dirty and stained Area at bottom of stairs leading to parking big mess and noise due to possible construction The trees and bushes were very well manicured Overall to expensive for what they offer Will not return

My room was located on the outskirts of the property, it felt like staying at a very low end motel. The courtyard was clean, well maintained and pleasant but those staying outskirts of the inn cannot enjoy it. The location of my room did not provide Wi-Fi service even though the front desk person provided it to me. You would think they could have mentioned there’s o service or very little service to Wi-Fi, but they didn’t. I enjoyed the free self parking. I appreciated the free breakfast. Good Options to pick from. I did not enjoy the smell of the room. It smelled grungy and at times sewage.
