Parking lot was dark - some homeless guys milling around. I am traveling solo - 65 … & female . A bit unnerving. Rest was fantastic .

Nice hotel for traveling with a dog. Next to a community center with pickleball courts. Played pickleball for two hours as a single with local players who were all very nice.

This is my family's go to hotel whenever we're in Santa Barbara. Enough handicap parking. Elevators. Staff is great. I was greeted every morning. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Nice hot breakfast. Walkable to a few small local restaurants. College is about 5 minute drive. State beach is also five minutes away. We'll be back next year.

We always stay at Hampton Inn hotels whenever we travel. This was no exception. Great quiet location, clean as all other Hampton Inn's. Only part of the stay I didn't enjoy was we returned to the hotel after dinner, only to find half of the parking lot was sealed off, because they were going to re-pave the next morning. All of the guests were driving around the parking lot back and forth with nowhere to park. They should have posted signs or informed the guests in the morning so they woudn't be shocked on their return in the evening.

When we arrived the hotel informed us that they had overbooked their suites, and we were downgraded to a standard double queen room, with no guarantee of a rate adjustment since we booked through a third-party. Our room ended up being right outside of the pool, and it was very noisy. The free breakfast, parking and wifi were the best part of our stay. The room and bathroom could have been cleaner. There was an undergarment left on the floor by a previous guest, carpet appeared dirty and their were hairs on the bathroom walls. There were visible stains on the curtains in our room. Their was no way to smart cast to the TV.

Hotel is close to the airport. The breakfast was limited in that there were no hot dishes. Something was apparently broken. No effort to compensate.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Their beds were comfortable and the warm breakfast in the morning was nice. I was surprised they didn’t offer a non-dairy milk option. Overall great parking and location near IV.
