We stayed here for the kitchen, suite and two bedrooms for our family. We enjoyed our stay overall but for what we paid, I was EXTREMELY disappointed that room service did not clean our room. If we didn’t want room service we would have followed the hotel instructions and left the sign out on our door. We purposefully did not put our aign out so that our room wouls be cleaned and serviced while we were out for the day but nope our room did not get cleaned. Frustrated with this because when we travel, as a mom, this is something I really look forward to. When I called the front desk they told me house keeping had left for the day and they could try and figure something out if we left the room for a while. This did not work for our family. The ping pong table was also warped and paddles were broken. Other than that we did enjoy our stay!

I stayed at the property for two days. Everything was good. One complaint i had was that the sofa bed was not usable. That was due to the lumpy mattress. No one could sleep on it. Secondly, i personally don't like to pay for parking. Orher than that the stay was plesant.

Modern hotel with nice interior. Right across the street from the airport which is convenient. I wish the room layout was slightly different so that bathroom was not in the bedroom but between the living and bedroom so that our friends can use the bathroom without coming into the bedroom.

The common gathering areas are a very nice perk for this hotel. There are plenty of spaces to hang out with friends which is a very nice perk for families and friends. We loved being on the first floor with a sliding door to the courtyard which was fun and convenient. It is very close to the airport, well-lit parking lot and hallways, and close to shopping, restaurants, and highway.

Beautiful location and a very short drive to Santa Barbara. Would have preferred to use hotel shuttle service but we arrived at 7pm on the Amtrak and they weren't operating. We walked from the Goleta Amtrak station 10 minutes in light rain with 2 kids under 5. Not optimal but it wasn't brutal, just annoying.

Everything here was great from top to bottom— the rooms, breakfast area, and pool area were meticulously clean and pleasant. Even at its most crowded over the July 4th holiday there were plenty of amenities available — food, space at the pool, etc. The only fly in the ointment is having to pay $10/night for parking. You just don’t expect that in Goleta where parking pretty much everywhere else is free and plentiful. Still, I would definitely stay here again.

I was charged for parking with a handicap pass after I was told I would not be charged. The receptionist was going to put me in 2 undesirable rooms, and she was very distracted and unwelcoming.

do not see reason for $10.00 parking fee in addition to room cost.

This place is better than most surrounding hotels. The only downside is the carpet too dirty and can't walk on with bear feet. Need to provide instruction on wifi access. The shower handle was not good. It is hard to turn on because no clear indicator of where to turn the handle and you need to turn off extremely hard else the water will keep dripping and make dripping sound. Last is a $15 per day parking fee is expensive for a location not really part of downtown or anything...
