Great hotel and for our overnight stay in Spokane. Close to the Riverwalk area, restaurants, and activities. There are homeless people in the area so need to keep aware when you're out. Parking garage is off site so about a 1-2 block walk to the hotel. TIP: Use the loading zone parking spots to load and unload so you're not having to walk your luggage between the hotel and the garage.

This place was really bad for how much it costed and they charge you extra for parking and checking in early. The bed was terrible, room was not at all as showcased, and the doors slam toilets flush extremely loud, so everytime someone leaves or uses the bathroom, they wake up everyone. Outside was a homeless encampment (which is how they justify charging you to park two blocks away) and while it was close to a lot of businesses - downtown Spokane has basically devolved into an open air opium den. The $25 to check in early was also a first for me, my room had been ready but instead of just letting me go in so I could put my bags down - they had to nickle and dime me after already spending almost $200 on a room that was worse than any run of the mill motel. Would not recommend

Great staff and hotel, but won't stay again because parking was not connected. Too scary for me.

I really appreciate the staff at the Spokane Club for their empathy and response to a problem that was beyond my control. I had planned to check-in early evening, but the Greyhound bus I was riding from PDX got into an accident, causing me to miss my transfer bus. Realizing I'd be stranded for many hours, I called the hotel to explain my situation. The receptionist spoke with management and assured me that they could accommodate for my travel struggles. I'm very grateful that a receptionist waited even after 2AM for my arrival. When I was allowed to stay in my room for an extra 3 hours, that made a huge difference because I was able to sleep well and enjoy my visit. Thank you for your phenomenal service and courtesy!

Excellent evening door staff - there wasn’t any coffee pods in the room and the blinds didn’t work so well in room 314, however overall the stay was enjoyable and it’s close to places to eat and the airport.

We loved the Spokane Club! The building is beautiful and fun to walk around. As a hotel guest you get access to the fantastic athletic club across the sky bridge so we were able to enjoy swimming while we were there. The parking is offsite but it’s in a very secure gated parking structure and we were very comfortable leaving our vehicle there. The parking fee is extra, but that seems to be typical for the downtown hotels and the Spokane club rate was far better than the Hilton’s.Our room was clean and spacious and has L’Occitane products in the bathroom, which smell amazing! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved this hotel and I love supporting local institutions such as these. When we return to Spokane we will be staying at the Spokane club again.

Booked two rooms over a month ago, got a call at 4:30pm the day of check in to say they only had one room available and they can wheel in another bed. Due to this inconvenience they’d offer me free parking for the evening. Thankfully we were able to find a close by hotel to accommodate us.

Although a cool historical building with super friendly and helpful staff, it needs major updating and modernization. The bathroom was very disappointing with old small fixtures and ugly caulking around the sink. The water in the tub built up quickly to your ankles while showering and took a long time to drain. The AC barely works which made sleeping difficult with the 90 weather, the room lacks the many modern conveniences most hotels offer. And to top it off the elevator was out of order. They were able to take us up in the service elevator with our luggage but we still had to go up the four flights of stairs to get up and down from our room. This was extremely disappointing as I am struggling with knee issues and a bad lower back. Climbing that many stairs was not easy. As well, trying to get to the front of this hotel and park was challenging and then we find out the overnight parking area is situated a block and a half away and it costs $14 to park overnight! If you love historical buildings and don’t mind not having modern conveniences then it’s a neat place. Bring so close to downtown and able to walk everywhere was also a positive but other hotels have shuttles which makes things easy too. For the same price I’ll take modern over historical next time.

Was not disclosed that parking was additional fee, or that I would have to park a distance from the hotel and park in a non-secured lot. Thermostat in room not functioning properly-was 80 in room at arrival and took me 3 hours to cool it down. No air-flow possible. Crappy in-room coffee/no cream. The pool, which is why I chose to stay, was nowhere near as nice as pictures represented. Very comfy bed & pillows. Exceptionally quiet.
