Overview

The Davenport Tower, Autograph Collection offers guests a stylish and comfortable stay in Spokane. Many appreciate the hotel's elegant design, large, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The on-site restaurant and bar are popular, although some guests note inconsistencies in service. However, several significant drawbacks are consistently mentioned in reviews. These include expensive parking (both valet and self-parking), a lack of clear communication about additional fees (such as amenity and parking fees), and inconsistent or absent housekeeping service. The absence of amenities like refrigerators in all rooms and limited information about parking options are also noted.

In Spokane for the Bloomsday 12K. No curbside parking to jump out and check in. Charges for parking and Valet. No communication that you have to ask for room cleaning/ bed making before 5p. Came back after the race to a dirty, unmade room. They took 1 dirty glass but not the second. Only 1 regular coffee pod, many decaf. No refrigerator. Lovely decorations. Great shower. Bar--waitress didn't place our drink order. Had to wait 30 min for another waiter to notice we'd been waiting a long time. He was great. I understand the city was busy with Bloomsday.

I didn’t make it there because my flight was delayed and delayed and missed my connecting flight thanks to American Airlines.

Noisy neighbors first night, no carpet in the room which makes the noise worse, complained to front desk, people only there one night, second night much better. Beds are nice and comfy. Bathroom clean and big shower. Lot's of extra fees, parking expensive and across the street. Parking garage crowded and dark, not very secure. Overall a very nice place to stay for the price

We have stayed at the Davenport Tower several times. This time we were charged a $20/per night Amenity Fee. We received a list of amenities that we could use, like a dining credit, a 1.5oz pour of a wine, electric bikes, etc. None of these were things we were going to use and the Hotels.com receipt stated I would be charged $20 at the hotel not $40 and that doesn’t include the cost of overnight parking, which was $25/night. Raise the rate $20/per night instead of forcing people to pay for amenities they don’t plan on using. Our 2-night stay cost an additional $90 + tax.

We love the Davenport-good location and very nice rooms. Our only complaint was all the dogs people travel with now. There was even someone feeding their dog in the dining room. REALLY people??? Feed your damn dog in your room!!
