THEY TREID TO SCAM US !! such a shame as the place its self is wonderful with a great manager in Muriel. The owner (Arturo Hernandez Campos) who was not on site claimed that the money from Hotels.com did not come through and demanded that we pay the bill in cash or they would not let us leave We shared the details from Hotels.com and receipt and Muriel let us leave but hour later we received multiple text with threats of violence and expletives if we did not return and pay the bill. We have looked back through previous comments from other guests that have stayed here and we are not the only ones to have been put through this situation. So, how can this hotel be on a viable platform like hotels.com ? All i can say is that, we feel totally offended by this situation and suggest other travels do book to avoid being scammed and threated with violence

This was our favorite place that we stayed on our trip. The owners were so nice and the grounds were stunning. The rooms have everything you would need and the spa was excellent. The hotel is located in the “wealthier” neighborhood of Cancun and surrounded by mansions - and very close to the airport. Will definitely stay here again when we go back!

The person working the desk has a hookup with taxi driver that they use to overcharge you. Set you owe transportation up to the airport

The resort Is very peaceful and has beautiful gardens and pool. Staff is extremely friendly making you feel welcome. Very nice resort. The place is secluded, away from noise and the crowds of tourist. The rooms are beautiful. The surrounding area to the resort is not as well kept, road is not paved. If you travel to stay in resort you will be fine. If you expect to leave resort public transportation is limited to the down town and shopping areas and best to use a cab. Over all it is a very peaceful and beautiful setting in a gated environment.

Such an amazing place. I ended up staying here because my flight got cancelled and it ended up being the best blessing because I discovered this hidden gem. Best place I’ve ever stayed at in Cancun and one of my new favorite places. Feels so unique and special. Truly a slice of paradise. Staff is so attentive, everything was so clean and thoughtful. I will be back for longer.
