Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cd. Juarez - Las Misiones, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is under construction So you have to enter from one side of the parking lot, there is only one elevator and it stops on each floor so it takes a lot of time to go up or down.

Check in was fast and they pulled up my reservation with just my name. A/C was very cold even on a 100 degree day. I was given a free shuttle ride to the Juarez airport at 7AM. Don't know if pick ups are also available. Huge indoor shopping mall across the street.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, a lot of places nearby and they also have a shuttle. Parking lot was very secure and spacious, the rooms are noise proof and spacious the beds are comfortable. Overall the hotel inside is super clean and neat. Only issues I notice police and detectives seem to be looking for someone in the hotel very often I did also see a prostitute going to see someone there which was shocking. The pool was dirty most of the time and the washer and dryer kept breaking down. No microwave or fridge. Only one elevator worked. Bring a cooler to keep drinks cool . They do have an ice machine. I would definitely stay there again. Employees were super helpful. Just a few minor inconveniences I suppose happen at any hotel.
