Verdanza Hotel

Very convenient location for our early flight

No house keeping services parking was blah not so good had to ask for towels and paper toylet that’s insane

The hotel was conveniently located 5 min away from the airport in San Juan. The lobby was really nice and updated. The room we selected was in serious need of updating. The mattresses on the beds were so springy and they dipped in several spots. The room was clean but it was not spacious and everything was super dated.

Besides the long check-in, everything was really good. It was clean, not loud for the area it is in. Friendly staff, everything worked in the room, easy parking.

Crazy fee from the hotels. They limit with the shower and pool towels. I don’t recommend too much for parking and hotels fee

Every time Time I asked for pool towels they didnt have them dry. When i booked online it was described that they had microwave and coffee maker none of that was available in any of the room. No balcony to dry wet clothes. No laundry on site. Extra fees were charged for 3 night parking they lied about parking fee. Shower was broken. i would never ever stay here again. Horrible place to stay. Verdanza hotel is a trash stinky place to stay.

Enjoyed the free parking

I expected the hotel room to be better for the amount I was charged. The parking was limited. But overall it's in a great area with shops and restaurants at a walkable distance. Staff was nice and friendly.

My family was not even able to stay for our 5 day stay that was non refundable! We were in communication with both Expedia & their front desk regarding our request to add a rollaway bed for our additional traveler. Not until we arrived at the hotel with our 3 kids were we told that they were not going to accommodate having 5 stay in a room. No accommodations were made, no solutions provided. We called Expedia because this hotel said it was Expedia’s error. Expedia just put it back on the hotel to fix. After spending hours going back & forth in their hot, smelly reception area with our children who were scared & upset about the experience we had no option but to leave & try to find other accommodations & NO REFUND. So that evening we then had to find a hotel for the next 5 nights in Puerto Rico. Absolutely horrifying experience!!

On a positive side the Hotel is just few minutes away from the airport. Friendly staff specifically the young guy who greeted me by opening the lobby doors and took care of my luggage. Negative side is the cleanliness of the bathroom's, hair all over, dust on vents, dirty corners, slippery tub. Items missing - no hangers, iron board cover stained and loose, no bar soap, night stand lamp missing.
