ESJ Towers Hotel

ESJ is a great place to stay and spend a great vacation! Yards away from the beach, 5 minutes away from the airport, lots of restaurants around, supermarket is 2 minutes away. Free Parking in the premises.

The parking lot needs to be more up to date. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel is not in very good condition, they do not have a pool, the beach is only until 7 when in the summer the sun sets later, the parking is difficult, otherwise it is very good

The parking darty and to discusting

I'll just start off by saying " you pay for what you get" this place is steps away from the beach, has car rental services across the street and another one down the road, many souvenirs shops, bars, restaurants, market store and walgreens 8mins away from SJU airport and free hotel parking. It's a 10/10 for location. However the hotel itself is run down. always an elevator thats out of services the floor is unleveled the buttons would stick, Room is ice cold which is great with the heat. bathroom is outdated and the shower head was disgustingly dirty. You can tell they don't clean nor wipe down anything from the harden collection of dust stuck on the bathroom cabinets, rugs weren't vaccumed, bed skirt definitely had a hardened booger stuck to it and it says free wifi but there is no way to connect it... compared to other hotels ive stayed at I'd give it a 3.5/10 & id go lower if it wasnt for the guest services and friendliness of staff around the hotel they were very nice.

My review is for both for ESJ Towers and Hotels.com. Nowhere was it explained in Hotels.com that the pool was not open and it would not be open for a while. All the facilities in the lobby ie game room bar, etc. did not have air condition. The lobby bar is permanently closed The condition of the parking are is horrible as well as the hallways to the rooms. Most fixtures including elevators, doors etc are in terrible condition. The kitchen cabinets had a musty smell, the kitchen floor had cracks in it and the bathroom cabinets were decades old, including the toilet having a rust stain. We stayed for 7 nights and the price paid did not show deductions for the terrible hotel condition. We could have stayed at a brand new hotel just for a little bit more money. Will not come back and are very unhappy.

Uncomfortable parking, dirty room.

They charged amenities for no pool no beach chairs broken vending machines no pool, no signs in parking lot. Parking lot is horrible thereare no signs for directions very dangerous. No a amenities and being charged. Smh

It has a nice entrance and lobby. It also has a nice cute cafeteria. However I saw little bugs in the room, kitchen and bathroom. The toilet was rusted at the bottom and looked grossed. I had to wait a day and a half after complaining twice that there was no hand soap, shampoo and dishwashing soap. On my last day they refused to keep my luggage in their storage room for reason unknown. This was after I did the checkout at 11 AM and needed to go eat something as my flight was not until 3 PM.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Puerto Rico. Excellent location, next to the casino,right on the beach, and a full kitchen safes you lots of money and I can keep my medication in the refrigerator. Free parking. Yeahhh. However it is really in need of much needed renovation. The carpet was horrible. They need new towels No working phone in the room But I will return. It’s now more like a motel then a hotel.
