Check in was smooth and efficient. Gustavo was very helpful, he went above & beyond to ensure I found adequate parking and that me and my family settled in. Sabrina was on hand to answer all my queries and was very helpful too. Vivien handled my check out and dealt with my additional requests quickly and efficiently.

We had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Docklands! The area is very cosmopolitan and close to the DLR network. All the staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble! We enjoyed the breakfast and meals in the restaurant were very tasty! I would recommend the Crowne Plaza to other travellers to London

Excellent hotel and location but parking takes the proverbial. £25 a day for parking at the hotel is too much.

Stayed in a junior suite and quite frankly it was starting to look tatty, needs some TLC. Stocked mini bar was poor! Tonic supplied but no gin? Was given a QR code to scan to book the Fremantle on site restaurant, to receive 50% off food but it wouldn’t let us book saying they had no availability, so we just went down and there were only 2 tables occupied and the staff were still asking if we had a reservation and were unsure if they could seat us. Very poor service. Very small car park and no information given on any other parking areas, even though I’d emailed the hotel a week before about it and received no answer.

The property was very clean and comfortable with good in hotel dining options. The service was excellent - Lilia went above and beyond in assisting with my transportation back to the airport.

Had to pay an extra supplement for my 17 year old to stay in room.. so with parking it came to £200 for the night. 😔

Not very good arrived and got told I did not have a room available and that I have to go to the Hilton by the airport!
Which I did not want to do
Eventually got me a room with bed and sofa bed
I booked 2 large double beds
One night at £320!!

Appreciate:
Check-in and out process is efficient.
The room is clean and tidy.
Breakfast is good with many choices.
Location is good, near the Rail Station (Custom House) and the Cable Car. Good to travellers.
Need to improve:
There are only 2 service lifts for all guests but one of them was out if of order. During our 4 days of stay, it did not repaired. People have to wait for several rounds of ups and downs then can go up.

Amazing short stay at this hotel, staff super friendly, got an upgrade on our room, complimented us drinks for being their VIP for the day. Room was well maintained, beautiful view and very clean! Bed super comfortable for a great sleep after a very long day of travelling! Pool, steam room and sauna also very clean and well maintained and was nice for some down time! Thank you to all for making us feel so welcome, nothing was a hassle, breakfast was also amazing and staff also very friendly! Thanks again and hope to stay again!

Good quality and clean rooms. Car parking poor, not enough spaces, had to park in the Excel centre nearby. Also, when checking in for the 2 rooms booked and paid for via Expedia, receptionist charged for the 2nd room on my son-in-laws card. When challenged, apologised, saying room was pre-paid, yet 4 days later, he has been charged on his bank card ! 😡
