I arrived quite late but received a friendly welcome. The room was pleasant, clean and comfortable so no complaints. Tea and coffee making facilities are always welcome. I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to London City airport. The bus stop outside is very convenient.

Very clean and tidy room, very good condition.
Freshly cooked breakfast was great.
Secure onsite parking was right next to building.
Will be back when in the area.

I'm not sure where the photos of the rooms on the website came from, maybe there is 1 room for each which looks like this, or maybe we were unlucky, but our room looked more like a converted corridor - it was an L-shape with a single bed on one wall, barely enough room to walk past the bed, and then a double bed at 90 degrees to the first one, again, the room was barely bigger than the bed. It was directly on the front of the hotel and the main road was really noisy from our "Soundproofed" room. The "Parking included" "free self parking" was on-street parking where there are a handful (6-8) of parking bays in the street to the side of the hotel that don't have parking restrictions - they are nothing to do with the hotel - if the hotel did have a secure car park we were not even offered that facility. Its not the worst hotel I've stayed in, but its not far off and it looks like a B&B which is now calling itself a hotel, it is certainly not a 3* hotel in my opinion. The staff were helpful on getting to the London Stadium (it's a 10 minute walk to Prince Regent DLR line to Stratford). Overall it is massively overpriced, had I paid half the price for the room I could have accepted the "budget" nature of the "hotel" but for the cost it's very poor. I certainly would not stay here again and cannot see how on earth this property gets a rating of "Very Good" - reading all the 10/10 reviews I'd say they were fake if I didn't know better, or people with incredibly low standards....

The staff were welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The cook didn’t mind making 2 breakfasts even though breakfast service was about to finish. Secure car park. Easy, short walk to the tube station making it convenient to travel to the O2 arena. The room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Arrived at the hotel 9 am due to travelling from abroad, the staff managed to get us a room 5 hours before the normal check in.
It helped a lot with our bag and time to relax a bit before heading out to O2 arena.
Highly recommend this hotel

The proprietors were extremely friendly and accommodating. It was a bonus to have free, secure on-site parking in London. The room was clean. When we arrived the room window was open which gave it a fresh feel, but upon going to bed we closed the window only to find that there was a musty smell that increased during the night, until we were forced to open the window again.
