Disappointed! My room was right next to the elevator and the noise was too loud to get any sleep! Also, no hot water in the shower the next morning. Lastly, my car was blocked in by a delivery truck when I attempted to leave the next morning. We had to wait 45 minutes until the truck completed its delivery to exit the parking lot.

We stayed overnight while waiting for our car to be repaired on our way home from vacation. The facility was clean, relaxing, staff was friendly. We enjoyed a relaxing stay from the shuttle service, restaurant, pool, and restful night. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was convenient and had easy access to where i parked. The concierge was very accomodating to my request. The carpet in the room is very old and dirty, I would not be barefoot in there. The bedspread had stains on it. The bed and pillows were wonderful after a day of travel. I love the parrot in the entry. The room was clean, so no offense to housekeeping. Room just needs and update.

Very nice hotel and very family friendly. The staff was so kind and helpful. My kids especially loved the pool and all the other fun amenities they had to offer. Will definitely consider this hotel in my future travels through Charleston!

We’ve stayed in 4 different beds in 4 nights of travel. This bed was the most comfy. Pillows were nice too. We stayed at a Marriott, Hilton, a friends. Halls are a little older. But for the price point it was really clean and comfy. The only con is carpet in rooms. It’s pretty icky anywhere you go. Oh. Rooms are pretty sound proof. My dogs didn’t hear doors all night and it was 4th of July. Fireworks were muffled.
