Quality Inn

The room had visible water damage and smelled of mold and mildew. The room wasn’t very clean, or someone had taken a nap in it after it was cleaned. There was hair on the pillows and toilet seat. We got there so late and the parking lot was so full we didn’t bother asking for a new room. They also deactivated our keys after the first night and we had to wait a long time to have new keys made.

Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. Busy place and there were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot behind the hotel. Breakfast was good. Excellent place to stay for the night for a low price.

I booked it for the close stay off the the highway and the pictures looked good. But the smell of the room was so musty I couldn't stay. I asked to change rooms and the second room was even worse smelling. Some combination of the thick carpet and older AC unit. I was only in the room for 2 minutes and my throat was hurting for hours after. The young man behind the desk was very polite, but I knew the whole building must be moldy smelling. I ended up just leaving and finding another hotel. When I called Expedia, they were really helpful and tried to get a refund since I didn't stay the night, but the hotel clerk kept putting her on hold, even though no one was in the lobby (I stayed on premise when I called). It is also split into 3 separate buildings with a McDonalds right in the parking lot. You have to walk across the parking lot to get breakfast or go to the front desk. It might be alright if you stay at the Comfort Inn, which is in the same building as the front desk, but I do not recommend the Quality Inn at all.

Property is 3 buildings. Just so people are aware, if traveling with children you may need to walk to another building to use facilities and dining.

Property was quiet and dog-friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and parking was convenient. Perfect place for an overnight stay.

I use this site because I have a cat and when I travel I look for a pet friendly hotel. I check the fine print for deposit and special requirements. When I arrived I was told they do not accept cats that is not mentioned in the app. Had I prepaid I would have been out the price of the room. The gentleman was nice enough to help me find a place for me and my cat.

We stayed here for a pit stop while traveling by car. It’s conveniently right off the highway. Unfortunately the pool was closed so double check with them if that’s important. The room was clean and convenient for an overnight stay. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. The WiFi was at no cost.

Perfectly suitable for a one stop during longer travel. Wouldn't be a choice for staying in the area longer. I would pick a nicer area and spend more money. Staff were fantastic.

In my opinion this hotel is underrated. We travel 4 months a year and constantly stay at different hotels. This hotel is clean, well kept, the beds are comfortable and the service was great. It is also in a quiet location right off the highway. We will definitely stay here again.
