Aloft Cleveland Airport

The good: Great location near the airport, very friendly helpful staff, clean/updated room, great restaurant next door, bar in the lobby, live music in the lobby, better than average breakfast. The bad: They didn't clean our room so we came home to wet towels on the floor (thereby damp air) and unmade bed. We were exhausted and had to sit outside while the front desk staff remade the bed and swapped out towels because housekeeping wasn't on site. The shower is low flow and it's walk-in only so rinsing shampoo from hair is an all day affair. The bathroom sink clogged. The room was on the ground floor so we couldn't open the blinds at all as people walked by a few times. The price was way too high for North Olmsted, Ohio.

A great hotel that is clean and safe. Most staff members were very nice except for the shuttle driver… he never greeted me and acted very upset that he had to take me to the airport even though I had my name placed on the schedule the day before. When dropping me at the airport he never said one word. Other than the shuttle driver it was a great stay.

Probably a good place to stay if you’re going to and from the airport. Not so great for a romantic getaway. Noisy, busy, people up and down halls all hours of the night.

We were delayed in Cleveland-cancelled flight. the Aloft was perfect. Convenient to the airport. Very comfortable rooms. A great well stocked bar and a store with all kinds of snacks and food. Plus, free coffee. There is also a nice restaurant next door. Staff was great and very helpful. Really loved this hotel.

Hotel was great. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Tony took us to the airport and he was great to talk with during the ride. All around an A+

Wonderful overnight stay with top notch service. On the way to the airport in the shuttle I received a notification that I had left my iPad behind. I called Patrick and he sent it on the next shuttle to the airport for us. Wonderful service that was very much appreciated.

Everything is in order. A good rate it’s the next door as well. Best is 24 hour bus to airport.

We enjoyed our stay. We had to catch a 6:00 a.m. flight & there was no issue catching the shuttle. We were able to leave our vehicle at the hotel for $50 for up to eight days (this isn't clarified anywhere on the Hotels.com listing). Our trip was five days, so it was definitely cheaper than any if the other lots. A 20% discount at the restaurant next to the hotel was an added bonus! We'd stay again, no doubt.

We stayed because we were catching an early flight. Service was amazing. My only complaint was the mattress. Neither my husband or I slept well and were sore the next day for traveling.
