The staff were great at the front desk and very helpful. I stayed to be close to the airport for an early flight - the only issue I had was that the shuttle advertised as 24 hour didn't start until 8am and I had to be at the airport at 6am. I chose the hotel because of the shuttle so wasn't happy to find that I had to pay for a taxi.

First room had a bad odor. Staff quickly switched rooms. We arrived at breakfast latish and the food was lukewarm at best. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had to leave 1 day early unexpectedly late in the afternoon but didn't get charged. Plenty of parking. Room only cleaned once every 3 days. Room had refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. Pool was unusable due to the musty smell. Advertised airport shuttle only runs 8:00 to 8:00 and my flight was at 6:00.

Took one hour to check in. Feontdeak kept on saying we cannot check in as it is after 12 in night. Our flight got late and we were tired. Finally we entered our room at 1:30 in night.
Also no shuttle was there to get us from airport.

Shuttle service why we stayed...but not accommodating for late flights we needed to stay later but was refused we are on the 6th floor and it was empty and phone not working no tissues box empty and ceiling in poor condition

The Hotel needs to update their information of what they REALLY OFFER AND WHAT THEY DON’T. I chose that specific Hotel because it said it had a shuttle that ran to the Airport in the morning, didn’t give a time, 8 to 8. Then they couldn’t even offer me coffee because they were out!! Then the pop machine was down. All in All,I would not stay there again.

This hotel is in disarray. To start, the A/C in the hotel public corridors wasn't working. When checking in, the thermostat behind the desk read 81 degrees. The front desk employee with her box fan directly on her. There was black mold in the bathroom, the wallpaper in the rooms was peeling, reserved a queen room & were given double beds (yes, measured to be sure), and there was an incessant ticking in the room the entire time. There was no clock, so it can only be assumed that it was the fridge. Also, prior to booking, called the front desk directly to verify airport shuttle hours, was told 4am-8pm. Perfect for the early morning flight. Upon check-in, was told that is not the case. Was given the phone number for the GM, and when calling to ask for a discount to cover the Lyft we would now have to take, he advised I would need to just file a complaint with corporate because he wouldn't be doing anything for me & then he hung up on me. After contacting corporate, come to find out this location is independently owned & operated, and corporate will do nothing. Horrible experience!

This property is conveniently located within miles of CLE, walking distance to a Walmart, and across the street from the mall and dining options. The staff was helpful. The reason why I booked this hotel was because of the free airport shuttle, but it wasn’t available for my departure time. So I took an Lyft. Only one elevator was working at the time to my floor, which was slow and loud. The room and bathroom looked very surface level wiped down only type of clean and was unable to sit on the couch because of stains. I almost left the hotel, but because I was only there for a night, it worked. Super friendly staff, just needs a little TLC in the rooms. Thank you!

This was a single night stay. The location was fabulous... Within minutes of the airport and the room and hotel were both very clean. The service was excellent. There were signs stating remodeling was in progress and while the hotel was in decent condition, there are definitely signs of needing that update. The morning breakfast was good .. eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, cereal, fruit, and a waffle maker. Coffee and tea and apple juice. Unfortunately there was no orange juice available. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and will definitely stay here again.

Despite calling this hotel and letting them know my flight would get in late, so I'd be checking in late, and the hotel letting me know that would be fine, they resold my room and left me stranded. We were told it was "first come, first served" on room availability, which is not what I expected to hear regarding a reservation, and they were sold out. As final insult, they refused to issue a refund, contending it was my fault.
