Ramada by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West

This place was horrible. The smell when you walked in was that of smoking that was trying really hard to be covered up. The bathroom was disgusting, we did not take a shower, barely used the toilet and had bottle water to brush our teeth. The bed was very hard and made a noise like you were rolling over pop cans every time you turned over. The walls/ceilings were so thin that you heard the person upstairs walking everywhere, you heard what they were watching on television, and this went on for very late in the night. We did not get any good sleep, but thank goodness we had to be at the airport at 5am.

I was scheduled for a one night stay but my flight to Cleveland was canceled and there were no more fights. I was hoping that I could receive a refund or at least some sort of credit for the amount of the stay. I called the hotel and the manager was very rude and disrespectful. He did not even try to help. I would never book a room there in the future.

This property is a dump, extremely shady people hanging around outside of the rooms at all hrs of the night. The room was dirty, the bottles of soap for the shower were used and watered down. Lucky I was only staying for a few hrs before my flight, if I could give zero stars I would. The only upside to the property was the location to the airport.

Property was not great, motels come off as bad but caution taped off pools don’t help either. Bed sounded like it was a mattress on duct work every time you moved flimsy metal sounds woke me up. When the AC kicked on it smelled like cigarettes. Slept poorly which wasn’t the plan being so close to the airport for a planned quick stay, sleep and flight out. Cancelled my Friday night reservation upon return and drove the 2hrs home it wasn’t worth the stay.

An absolutely terrible property. Unsafe. The desk person was also the guy putting out the breakfast and making coffee. He took a break from that to take me to the airport in a broken down personal van (because shuttle service was promoted). He just put a sign up on the desk that he would be back in 20 minutes. OMG

This hotel isn't up to my expectations when booking a Ramada by Wyndam. Cons: Within the first five minutes, I got a metal sliver from the door. I had to drive a mile to get tweezers and Neosporin. The bed creaked and popped noisily. The caulking in the bathroom was sloppy. Breakfast area was dirty and not stocked. The coffee maker in my room was too gross to use. The floor was a little sticky in places. There were streaks on the TV, mirror, and all the windows. The building feels old and run down. Pros Clean linens quiet area. Linens were clean. Close to the airport.

The location of this place is great, close to the airport and just a few minutes drive from RTA. Sadly, the service was not very good. I had to go to the front desk a few times for various reasons and either had to wait because the desk person away for 20 minutes or was in the back and had to be called out. In the room, the sink plug was broken so the water wasn’t draining and had to fix it myself after letting staff know. Also, there were no towels in the room at all which warranted one of several trips to the front desk.

24/7 shuttle service close proximity to airport with a friendly chauffer.

I wouldn’t recommend this property. It’s very run down. In order to utilize the airport transportation I paid for, I had to call the hotel 20 times before someone picked up. The first room I was given wasn’t cleaned. The second had a door that didn’t work. Finally, the third room worked. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was under construction. The entrance was pretty but unfinished construction going on. There was no heat in the lobby area. I booked a shuttle to take me to the airport a.m., and that person had to be called in order for him to drive us. he did not carry our bags, the hotel insisted we pay five dollars for the service. The room was not complete that we stayed in. It had no tissue no soaps no amenities. It was oversprayed as far as paint and decor. It was in a back area of the hotel that was nothing to look at Location was not good at all when I made the reservation the host charged me an additional $60 hold on my card for any damages as he told me I should not stain the room in anyway or he was going to keep the $60 I should not smoke in the room or he was going to keep the money I found it very offensive and also to hold my $60 for five days was not appropriate. I will not stay at this location ever again, and I don’t suggest anyone else to stay at this location.
