We liked the hotel, the only thing that needs to be posted is how the airport shuttle works, specify the pick-up place, we were waiting over an hour where “all shuttles” pick up passengers and after a couple of calls to the hotel we found out they don’t pick up at the shuttle area, they picked us up at arrival’s door 7.

We need a place to say near the Cleveland Airport that offered shuttle service. This was perfect for that. The shuttle driver was excellent and we left when scheduled at 4:30 a.m. Two minor quibbles: there was no one at the front desk for a few minutes when we arrived. Also, a confirmation email we received from hotels.com provided a link to use digital key service with hotel, but the link redirected to a page not found (404 error). The confirmation number from the hotel was required and we did not have that. I tried to message the hotel using the hotels.com app requesting the confirmation number, but never received a response. We ate at a Macaroni grill restaurant that was within walking distance of the hotel.

So clean, so comfy, friendly staff, perfection for cleanliness and stocking upkeep of breakfast area! I’ll recommend this to anyone traveling in the area!!

Great hotel close to the airport. Nice quiet area with ample parking. They offer transportation to and from the airport. The breakfast was great and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is great. Would definitely stay here again. If you need a good hotel close to the airport this is it.
