Wyndham El Paso Airport Hotel & Waterpark

In the middle of the night our fire alarm started chirping, I assume for a battery change. They didn’t have any staff that could come fix it but instead expected us to pack up and move to another room. The alarm was not their fault but they offered a joke of a discount for a giant inconvenience. We also paid for an overpriced meal, very overpriced dry chocolate cake and even spent money in the gift shop all because my daughters excitement around the water park was quickly squashed with a shut down slide and freezing water. The staff is so friendly but based on the condition of the hotel and the false claim of a water park I bet they are constantly dealing with unhappy people. The convenience to the airport is exceptional and the property could be really amazing if someone would put some work into it.

I loved that I could walk to the airport to pick up my significant other. We appreciated that the bar was open until 2300 and the work out gym is always open. Thank you for breakfast, although it was a tight fit in the space provided. I look forward to my next vist.

The property definitely has some age on it. Rooms were not all that clean upon check-in. The bed was fairly comfortable, the AC worked great, the fridge worked, and the proximity to the airport is as close as you could get. The staff was fairly friendly with the little bit of interaction that I had with them.

Booked here to be at the airport for an early morning flight. I wish we had more time to spend at this beautiful hotel. We recommend it to our kids for when they fly in to visit their sister and family.

Would not stay here. Hotel needed to be remodeled 20 years ago. Carpets are dirty, locks didn’t work, air conditioner was too loud. The only positive portion of my stay here was that at least the bed was clean, and it is a 5min walk to airport.

Our particular room was absolutely perfect for my particular stay. I took my fam. For the weekend for some pool action. Our room was perfectly set to enter the pool area, just had to open a sliding door and I was poolside! Perfect! A little outdated, but it look like they were updating some rooms. We had bad weather our 1st night stay so pool was closed. 2nd night worked out great. Only “gripe” I could really say was the pool hrs. 10am-8pm. Seems a little soon to close it, and most pool are open at 8:00am. Other than that, if u don’t mind the out dated decor, and carpet floor. It’s a great weekend get away for us. I would totally try an reserve the same room or next to it, love the pool access. A little foot note, this hotel is right next to the airport!! So you will also get an air show when u are in the pool. If loud noises are a problem for u, beware. U can’t really hear it in your room to be honest, but I’m not sensitive to the matter

The hotel is old and beat Uncomfortable bathroom No hookups next to your bed Just old convenient cause it’s next to the airport but it’s really bad shape for been a Wyndham. Does not justify the price.

We were flying out Tuesday and stayed here Monday for convenience. I love the pool here. We had a great time with other families. Parked our car and walked from the terminal when we returned. Good meal in the beautiful lobby.

Elizabeth at the bar was super nice and made good drinks. Hotel was a bit run down but in a good convenient location. Mongols were I town and a bit intimidating as they were all over the hotel and parking lot
