Quality Inn & Suites Everett

This was just a convenient overnight stay right off the highwayon our way to Vancouver. Room was average size for motel. Property feels older/dated though I think our room might have some updated paint. The window in our room needs to be replaced as one side was really pitted you can barely see out. Felt there was some cleaner/solution type smell in the hallways and in our room. Breakfast was decent - I enjoyed the cheesy pastry. There were a lot of guys hanging in the parking lot in groups when we arrived which made me a little skeptical at first but I guess they could've been workers wrapping up for the day. Overall ok for the price and quick overnight.

We spent 5 nights at the Quality Inn. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Free parking and no resort fees are a huge plus!! Check-in was easy. Desk clerk Andre did an excellent job. We have had previous contacts with Andre with other reservations. He demonstrates excellent customer service skills. The hotel offers a decent breakfast with several hot item, along with bread, pastries, etc. Breakfast room attendant Irene does an excellent job in making sure guest have everything they need. Kudos to Irene for her hard work and excellent customer service. One small negative was a slow and inconsistent wifi which would make it challenging for anyone trying to conduct business or stream movies or games on their devices. We will definitely stay at this property on future visits.

Convenience to stores and restaurants. Easy check in process. Loved the room in the suites. Perfect for multiple travelers.

Good option for business travellors. Right next the I5 and a great pub across the street for dinner. Room was clean.

First thing noticed pulling up was the building looked well-maintained and the parking lot even looked freshly paved. Easy parking all around the building, but felt safer parking at the back. Close to the highway made the location incredibly convenient. Walking in, front desk staff were fantastic - very friendly and understanding. First night we noticed an issue with the room we just needed help correcting and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a completely different room! Made the rest of the stay that much better!

It’s convenient and easy parking

In an area that could be questionable, we felt safe, both for us and for parking. Breakfast was good with lots of options. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Seems they are in the process of updating, they have a ways to go but rooms are clean and working. We will stay here again. No major concerns.

All was well and we will stay again. Good location -a little rough getting in and out of the parking lot at times but good location to the freeway and not noisy. Please be careful using the room refrigerators. When we arrived the cool was very low-maybe 1/10 for coolness so I upped a little bit but still not to the max-maybe 6/10 and the next morning I woke up to find the hard boiled eggs I brought for breakfast were frozen. This was a real bummer. Other than that a good stay!

The bathtub actually held the bath water, unlike most places. Very clean and well organized with all you need in a room. The breakfast was varied and above average in its offerings. The one major issue is the traffic noise. Far too many drivers use the main road in front of the hotel as a drag strip. Perhaps soundproofing the windows would help. Also, the extra dog-stay fee of $25 is a bit high. Maybe consider giving seniors a discount incl on this fee. Lots of us travel with our pets. Would stay again.

This is the first review I have ever left. I travel to the Seattle area every Friday for work. So I stay in motels quite often. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. The manager that was on staff Valorie was so kind to me. I had the worst day and got to my motel at 12:30 am after being up since 3:30 am that morning. She went above and beyond in every way possible. She was able to adjust my room to A more quiet one. She made my whole day. I seriously can not say enough about how amazing the staff aswell as my whole stay was. I will definitely recommend this motel to anyone and everyone.
