Hotel offered park and fly, with a ride to the airport. But they were not able to secure a ride for us so we had to take our car and park it at the airport

This location advertises shuttle to airport service. Which they don’t actually tell you at checkin. Which makes for some awkward conversation and a wait for an Uber the morning you need to get to the airport.

I travel a lot for work and personal and I must say, Mario is one of if not the most personable front desk attendants I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would book this location again without thought for that reason alone. The rooms are great, location is great depending on what you are looking for. Overall a great hotel for a reasonable price.

They misrepresent having an airport shuttle and free parking. After we were non-refundable, we found out that they try to book you a cab to take you to the airport which you have to pay the tip on. It never showed up, and they tried to get another cab that did not have room for 4 people and luggage, so we had to drive to the airport to catch a 6AM flight and park and incur an additional $240 in costs. They also charged us $30 for parking (so not "Free Parking" if you leave your care there as implied in their amenities) for the week to leave our car there (which we couldn't since we had to drive ourselves to catch our flight). Manager was not sympathetic, wouldn't admit that they misrepresent their amenities. Refused reimbursement. Hotels.com is assisting in recouping extra costs with no help from hotel itself. Totally unprofessional operation.

Staff here is awesome. Rooms are great and very clean. There is a walking trail to go on by the parking lot. Goes thru a forest with flowers and wildlife. Very cool and not very long. Just right

Property was very clean. Did not like view of Carmax parking lot as advertised other side which is woods. Room was very nice and clean. There is a very strange odor in room and in hallway of hotel at times. I believe it is when ac is off or fan not on. Front desk employee was great!

We stayed in a suite and it’s so clean and spacious! It’s probably one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at and we travel often so that speaks for itself. The bed is so comfy! The ladies who helped us at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming. It has been a pleasant experience so far, we’re sad we’re only staying one night. 100/10 highly recommend!
