Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, waiting for a flight to go home from a long Convention weekend, but it was clean and nice.

The lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver was awwsome!

This property is near the airport, and convenient, but we found BED BUGS in the bed!!! I would never stay at this location again.

The room looked and smelled clean. The bedspread was not clean. I hope the sheets were! It was good enough for an early flight out of town. Price was in keeping with the room.

This is a fine place to stay for the price. There is ample free parking and it easy to get downtown. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of a messy floor in the elevator and what looked like a bullet hole in the headboard. But it seemed safe enough when we were there, and the price was right.

This is a very typical hotel for the price range. Nothing spectacular, but clean and comfortable enough for our needs. Staff was polite and efficient. One small thing. My car was stolen off the hotel parking lot. It was recovered and eventually declared a total loss. The manager had indicated that he would be comping the last night's stay for the 'inconvenience' but never did. Was a bit disappointed.

It was ok. We stayed 2 nights. We had put the privacy tag on our door when we went out on Sat. We came back to find our curtain opened bc they came to pick in anyway. We didnt appreciate that much bc we were onthe first floor facing the VERY BUSY parking lot. The condition of the building... it's seen better days.

Never ever stay here. Broken window, dirty shower, hair and random fuzz/dust everywhere. Was bitten by something the 20 minutes we sat in the bed. Found bed bugs and cockroaches. Staff was very rude and kept pushing us off and told us we were NOT getting a refund that ‘they bugs were coming from outside’. So you KNOW the window is broken in your room and you’re still giving people this room???? We got Expedia involved immediately before leaving the parking lot after the supervisor of the hotel acted like he wanted to challenge us about getting a refund- we recovered an immediate refund. NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!
