In the ghetto under the airport flight path. Very dated hotel. No hot water 3 days in a row. Jeff at the front desk is very rude and does not care. Do not stay here. Check your bill at check out. I had to same rooms same dates and booked the same time and they tried to charge me 2 different rates. Shady. Do not recommend.

Disgusting shower, disgusting free "breakfast", no local tv channels, next to highway and airport, so extremely noisy. I won't be back. But the staff was friendly.

I was traveling cross-country for a military relocation. I chose Louisville as my halfway point and this hotel for its proximity to the highway. The photos of this hotel are deceptive, the room was in good condition and clean. HOWEVER, there was CONSTANT foot traffic and slamming doors on my floor (it’s a 2 story hotel, I was on level 2). This went on from check-in at 5am until well after midnight. Finally, my dog and I got fed up at 3:30am and left. At 4:30 am, in the lobby, I saw the manager kick a prostitute out of the lobby after a loud argument. So in conclusion, this hotel is an crime zone. It’s obvious that what was going on was prostitution, with the frequent foot traffic and noise all night. Do NOT book this hotel. I cannot in good faith recommend this location to anyone seeking safe passage in Louisville.

This was a clean room. Kinda small, bathroom was nice and shower was roomy! Right by the airport, so you will hear the planes, but other than that it was a nice stay over the 3 days we were there.

3rd or 4th time we have stayed here for Equip Expo/GIE expo. The great part is it is easy walking to Gate 6 and parking is available and easy for a large diesel truck. Ask them to give you a room along back hallway. Easier to unload and load stuff from parking lot and quieter.

2 adults traveling (one is a senior citizen) and a medium sized dog. Honestly such a great hotel!! I had THE best sleep here. It smells clean and divine every time you enter. Staff were really friendly. Pool was closed. I’m a solid sleeper. So I didn’t hear the planes, but my mum said she heard them. It was a great sized bedroom and the air conditioner was quiet so it could keep us cool even during the night. Mum liked the breakfast (I didn’t eat it). Bed and pillows were just right. Shower water pressure was perfect. Pet fee was $25. I would recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed here for The Kentucky Derby. The hotel was selected due to the price and proximity. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The proximity to the Expo Center where we got a shuttle to Churchill Downs was so close and convenient. The Highlands a great little are full of bars and restaurants was an inexpensive Uber. This is a diamond in the rough. It’s not a fancy place but for what we needed, it was perfect.

Older property, lower standards of appearance, biscuit was gross, didn't eat anything else. Room was otherwise clean, but felt very tired - not a fan of the color scheme. Did not sleep well due to low flying airplane noise, noise from the dumpster next door being emptied at 1am. Staff member gave us a hard time about using the keycard after 10pm to enter property, his tone was on the rude side like it was our fault we didn't know. It was weird that the staff members were congregated by the food area. Did not feel welcoming.
